Remarks

I think the admission process is pretty fine the things that are not okay or up to mark in my college are the extra curriculum activities. If you want to enjoy your college life you want these things but these things apart from very very good seniors are there to guide you towards a better future.

Term exams this year is pretty easy faculty members are also good except for some which is the story of every College So I don't think it's much of an issue because in BTECH you have to study for placement not for college so okay in my case

Placement Experience

Placements of my college are pretty decent for a tier 3 college and are improving year by year In 2022 the highest package in our college is 1.2Cr which is obviously off-campus and on-campus placement is around 6L I guess

Fees and Financial Aid

When I entered the college there is an EWS scholarship also the college allow you to pay the fees of your course in installments which I think is a very good thing as not everyone can manage to arrange such a large sum of money in timely every year

Campus Life

There are a bunch of societies you can join and have fun with in every College you can interact with your seniors and take their help. One of the biggest societies in our college is Prakriti and it's a very good society.

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

The corses are well designed And related to your curiculum evey course are relevent for student the course they provied in first sem are Math,computational thinking,Intoduction to south asia,ENG,Phy. most of collages have mechanical in their first sem where they have to do weilding ,crafting etc which have no use in course of CS.

I choosed msit bcz it had good placements in cse/it n also infra is decent.. i applied to few other ipu clgs like bpit n mait... but msit felt better in vibe n crowd. didn’t get nsut or dtu bcz my rank was not that good.. missed cutoff by lil bit..
