Written test which has Data Structures, DAA, C++, C and other core subjects and MCQs for aptitude and all followed by an interview on the same day Application available on BIT Mesra website after the selection process they will display the list website

Course Curriculum Overview :

For PhD, our batch has 5 scholars who choose this course to pursue the highest degree in academics from the renowned institute in CSE. All our faculties are PhD. Holders and a few of them are even Post-Doc. First-year we have course work than annual reviews, presubmission and final defence and viva

Class Size : 5Course Fees : INR 50000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

If you take full-time mode then a stipend will be given For part-time scholars, no stipend because they are already working somewhere 10% hike every year in fees. Fee structure is a bit high but by seeing the level of organisation and reputation it ok to pay

Campus Life :

For PhD scholars nothing to do with fest and all. Our main objective is the only research and I personally enjoyed that journey Good amenities and classrooms. Regular meetings with the supervisor in the staff room or laboratories will be held

BIT Mesra- Is institute good for research?

Placement Experience:

T&P cell of the institute works regularly to ensure proper placement of their students. Students become eligible from their 3rd year to enroll in placement sessions. Big companies like Wipro, Tata etc. comes to hire students.

Infrastructure in iit ism dhanbad as a PhD scholar

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exams here is very good and not that many tough exams the teachers teach in class that surely come into the exams teachers are so cooperation and are very helpful they are strict in some cases while checking the answers.

Remarks:

It is one of the best institute in India specialy in Geosciences subjects. Teaching quality of faculties are good enough. Research quality institute is also not bad. Software which has been useful for the respective Scholars are provided by the department.

Perfect for PhD

Admission:

The students have to go go through a cutoff as the the admission is merit based. Students who are good in academic and have scored well in their Masters program are qualified for applying. When I applied I found that the admission was not as easy as I thought. You need to have really good marks to get in.

Placement Experience:

No the college does not have any placements of job opportunities inside the campus but the professors prepare the students for internships and interviews so that they can do good in outside world and easily get jobs.
