Remarks :

I applied through NPAT and my rank was 2300. I got MBATech IT in NMIMS Mumbai. Beyond this rank, it is difficult to get into CS/I in Mumbai. The fee for the 2017 to 2022 batch is 3.95 LPA. There are management seats available as well, you can visit the college for info on that, although the fees will be extra based on field and course.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose MBATech IT. The college has good placements in CS and IT. There are roughly 60 students per class. The faculty is very qualified. The teaching is very subjective and depends on the professor. Some are exceptionally involved.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 395000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The college does provide internship assistance twice in my course. The internships are part of the course and mandatory. You need to do 2 internships. The internships can be paid/unpaid. Good/bad depending on your performance.

Placement Experience :

The placements are decent. The average package goes from 6 to 8 LPA. Big companies do visit campuses like Big 4, HP. Overall it's a little disappointing in terms of the fee that you pay. Students are eligible for placements from the final year start.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is very high. No financial Assistance (even in the covid situation). You might be able to get jobs for around 6.5 to 8 LPA normally. The fee is comparatively less for Btech. The fees also depend on the campus you are taking.

Campus Life :

You don't have campus life in Mumbai. You have great campus life in Shirpur. The college is very active in terms of fests and activities. No sports facilities are available on the Mumbai campus. Libraries are good. Multiple committees are there as part of extra curriculum activities.

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

Last year students gets the chance for placements. many companies came here to offer jobs for students. ex.l&t,HC,etc. for cs there is highest package of 43 lakh. for civil average package of 6-7 lakh is there. around 75-80% students gets placed. My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
