Remarks :

The main factor which drove me to the college was it's alumni reactions and their placements at various good platforms like Microsoft,tcs,Amazon etc. The second factor was it's teachers efforts In making the students more skillful in practicals and different coding apart from syllabus which helps the students in further study

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was totally like iit guwahati. The syllabus was broad enough and set in order of liking one concept to another in an easy way. The faculty was awesome and AJITH k k sir was excellent in his concept and skillful teaching.

Class Size : 39Course Fees : INR 624000 per year

Placement Experience :

The company's visited my college were the apple,Amazon,tcs,microsoft and Huawei and several others. The placement procedure was filling the company's form and make their small assignment of your knowledge in learning and in academics too. The file is then submitted and read by them then they take the interview by asking few questions regarding you study and then further check your sense of humour and personality development. Later on we get our feedfack through email of joining the job. the several other companies which you opted and rejected they too give some new offers to attract you in the department.

College Events :

The campus life at iiit Bhubaneswar was extravagant. The cultural programs like Ramayanas role,rangoli competition,the painting and college competition etc. The technical programs included exhibition of scientific and sustainable technolgy where the students shows the different mode of apps for running of softwares and the other branch students made their civil engineering projects on different constructions of buildings,bridges and hotels. The management festivals were also included in events where MBA students gives the ways of dealing and representing their goods for earning enough profits in business. My participation was in computer science program where I had made the small app to control the artificial intelligence robots.

Campus Life :

The campus had free wifi,with football ground,table tennis room and basket ball coat. The ground was also marked for runners for ther running practices. The college also organizes the different quiz and the other functions in its auditorium.

KIIT- The Real Truth Of College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is similar to all the colleges. but the extra curricular facilities provided by the college, differen societies present in differen domain will help you in growing your skills and knowledge in your sector. College keep organising tech fest, alumini meet, and global awareness meeting to keep the students up to date with present world. Course curriculum can be improved, I personally think, many new elective subjects are added which are not beneficial for my stream CSE.And the attendace is very compulsury for getting ood marks. Smart Boards and White Board teaching ares used which depends on teacher's choice. There is normally two exams in a semester , midsem of 20 marks in time 1hr 30 min, and endsem exam of 50 marks in 3 hr, and the rest marks depend on subject faculty. Mostly examination level is normal , if you are good student you can cover the syllabus in 1 week before exam.
