Course Curriculum Overview :

Amity University follows a Semester System which is in conformity with the global practices and standards. The Course curriculum of one year is taught into two semesters i.e,17-18 weeks each. Amity imparts education in almost all areas, including management, engineering, biotechnology, law, communication, insurance, nanotechnology, behavioural science, fine arts, etc. Air-conditioned classrooms to provide an adequate comfort level for the students to pursue their studies in the desired environment.

Placement Experience :

Our college provides good placement. Its above average. They also provide internship to the students and around 50-60% of students are placed from our college. Good companies come to recruit from our college and the average salary package is around 4-5 Lacs. Amity Institute of Telecom Technology and Management (AITTM) has succeeded in making corporate tie-ups with some of the eminent and notable MNCs namely Nokia Networks Limited, Ericsson India, Alcatel Lucent, KPMG & Telecom Sector skill council.

College Events :

In Amity there cultural fest there is a fest called Amity youth fest (ayf). Ayf is 3 days fest which is held on January or February. In fest we have so many events each and every club of Amity organizes different events. There are fashion shows, inter College Dance competitions etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is Feasible. Fees for MBA (TTM) programme (for two years) is Rs. 3,09,500. The hostel and mess charges are excluded in these fee amounts.Fee payment modes: Bank Transfer or deposit Office Cheque/Demand Draft at Amity Institute of Higher Education or in the bank Account as follows. Payment is accepted in MUR and/or USD.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes I have opted for Education loan on which personally taken care by my father. Amity university is not involved in it.

Campus Life :

The university is pretty strict, with mandatory 75% attendance in each subject to appear for examination. There aren’t any escapes from the rules. Doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor. Coming to the tag ‘University of millionaires’ : It’s pretty over hyped. Rich to poor ratio is different for each course. Law, BBA, MBA has comparatively more students from a rich background than other courses. Engineering has the highest no. of students in Amity Noida. (Around 50% of the students) The rich to upper middle to middle class avg should be 1:4:10. (Annual family income for Rich: 20+ lacs, Upper middle: 8–20 lacs, Middle class: less than 8 lacs. Avg. Family size (same for all): 4–6 People)

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, i have opted for hostel in Amity University. The university has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. It can accommodate 2,100 students. Its a home away from home. The hostel has wardens and tight security who helps the students to have a pleasant stay. Other Facilities: Television studio. cafeteria. Classrooms. Sports.

Alumni/Alumna :

Talented alumni will likely have a wealth of experience and skills to share with current students via talks and newsletters. In certain cases, this could go even further with alumni offering to practically support students in work placements and help them launch their careers.

Admission :

I have decided to do masters in esteemed B-School. I got the good score in MAT and I have applied through MAT for specialized course Telecom and Operations. And college had called me for the interview. And finally I got the admission seat in this college. Amity University, Noida MBA admission is done on the basis of the English Written Test or score obtained in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NMAT, followed by Personal Interview (PI) and extempore conducted by the University. It is the Brand Value of Amity that makes it as one of the Top-Ranked Universities in India. Established in the year 1986, the Amity University is affiliated with all the major Certification and accreditation societies of India making all of its courses highly reliable and job oriented.

Faculty :

Amity University Noida is the best as its the mother campus having experience of more than 20 years.with renowned faculty and infrastructure. Faculty are very humble and helpful. The faculty is learned and experienced. The faculty supports a lot and let you have a free hand. Staff is co-operative and the process for each and every thing is well defined and the staff is well versed with the same. Amity faculty is a bit less qualified than the other govt colleges, and majority of the senior HODs or HOIs are from the Indian Army(retired), and hence they follow discipline and take no bullshit. Overall, it is the best possible combination that you could ask from a private university.

Placement Experience:

Placement is very impressive in ISAB. Since the establishment ISAB has successfully meeting the milestone of 100% placement. Which could sound fake but it's not. I've seen my seniors in alumni meet, all of them are working in corporate. My batch has recently placed 100% for summer internship and I'm sure our placements will also be having these results.

Placement Experience:

There are 100% placements given. The average CTC is from 6 to 7 lakhs PA. The highest package is Rs 15 lakhs per annum. Before placements commence, interactions happen with corporates through guest lectures, seminars, etc. Then through aptitude tests, GD's and PI's, students are shortlisted. Many companies come from various sectors like the Big 4. Panasonic, coca cola, Nestle, Vodafone, KPMG, Dabur, Infosys, CNBC, Accenture, are the major recruiters.

Maybe from 4th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. As I am a fresher so I don’t have more knowledge about that the highest package maybe 3-4 lakh. The percentage should be good. I am thinking to establish my own business. Being an entrepreneur and my plan B is getting a job in banks.

Admission:

The admission is based on the entrance examination which is conducted at the institute level. The college requires us to pass our bachelor?s degree with good marks in order to qualify the eligibility criteria.

Placement Experience:

The college claims to have a 100% placement record. It is true to some extent as most of us got placed in good companies. Some of them are satyam enterprises, infosys, IBM, EY etc. and they offer a good salary.

Admission:

I applied for the MBA Hospital Administration Regular course when I was appearing for the final semester examination of my Bsc Nursing Degree. The institute confirmed my admission only after the final results were declared and when I had submitted the proof of securing more than 55% marks (Which was the minimum eligibility criteria at my time). The college grants admission on the basis of results, experience in hospitals, the course pursued in the under-graduation, and many other comprehensive factors. Considering the good reputation this college enjoys, I did not have any second thoughts before applying here. The admission process is also very simple. By paying a nominal charge of INR 125, the candidates can get the application form from the college website itself.

Placement Experience:

Since it’s a hospital training and research institute, the placements are not available. Students usually join in different reputed hospitals by applying themselves only. But the college brings out the most confident interns.
