Remarks :

The college adminstration is great have director sir on top. More facilities can be added in existing.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Yes, the labs are great here as well as teachers. The facilities like library, gym, computer center are in great condition. Incubation center is there for innovation to be incubated here. Interdisciplinary research is there to obtain best research output.

Class Size : 1000Course Fees : INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience :

Great placement for all specially for computer science. A lot of companies PSUs, Pvt sector are coming here for giving placement opportunities.

College Events :

It's like kashiyatra, technex, spardha. Kashiyatra is 100 year old cultural event l, it is basically 3 or 4 day celebration. Technex is technical event in which a lot of technology based contest are there. Spardha is sporting event contains a lot of sports and many college participate in these events.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Yes for PhD around 42k which includes College fee, hostel and mess fee for one semester. In PhD you will be given a stipend of 31k per month for 2 years after 35k for next 3 years. This is reasonable fee structure, other IITs has more fees than ours.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In PhD course, you will be given a stipend of 31k for 2 years and later 35k for 3 years and annual contingency of 30k.

Campus Life :

The life inside the campus is great as we have lush green campus with vishwanath temple inside. In PhD in engineering the girls are often less than the boys. There are many clubs of sports, robotics, tracking etc. the clubs are fully funded by GOI and they also arrange some events in their domain.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes. Great hostels with garden, mess, Canteen etc. The atmosphere is good inside the hostel. Some of the hostels are very old which gives you feeling to associated with 100 year old college campus which is great.

Hostel Fee : INR 16000 per year

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni association in the college is there, we have a huge no of alumnus as our institute is 100 years old. Some of them are politician like Manoj sinha.

Admission :

I got admitted here by shortlisting then PhD entrance test then interview. For admission in PhD you need good quality of academic and research at your masters level. You have to select your professor wisely and the research area must be matched with their interest.

Faculty :

They are well qualified and all of them are PhD. There is a well defined criteria for the selection of the faculties through which they have to prove themselves worthey by academic and research. we has great faculties in every department and they are encouraging students to do well in their life.

Remarks:

Best thing is that we do get all the information through institute email, college management is very helpful they don't force you in unnecessary paperwork or permission stuff. The only thing that i lack in the institute is that unavailability of single room in the hostel.

If I have to rate my college then I will give 9 out of 10. I deducted one star because of issie i.e hostel single seat to students. Otherwise college provide everything to students at their places. I love my college.

Remarks:

Campus is very good, greenery everywhere. Location of institute is near ganga river, just 1 km away from campus. there is health centre facility and BHU hospital. I have one regret, i.e hostel and mess facility. Institute management should pay more attention on infrastructure and better facility as per IITs standard.

GATE, 96 percentile, this college provides perfect environment for research students. Faculty of the Civil Engineering department is compatible in all new research.

After completion of the PhD almost every student got the job opportunities. Mainly most of students are got job in the different Universities and Colleges. Here minimum package for the PhD students starts from 10 to 12 lakh per year. Some of the student also prefer to go in the research areas.
