Remarks :

No, bad weather not good hostel and no one takes care there at last the college is best but need some improvement in the grassroots level and corruption should be ignored by the the teacher.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is good and a mid sem exam of 30 marks and end SEM of 50 marks and 20 marks quiz and assignments. The course is divided into three segments 1. 2 year base course, 2. 2 year Diploma course , 3. 2 year Degree Course.

Placement Experience :

Ya, placement is also good. But due to the remote location of the college not so many companies comes for the placements. No, Internship. But the placement record is not good and quite enough.

College Events :

Racaf, Sonaybss, Annual Sports day. And various fresher's meet of different departments and different unions. STUDENT participate in that also. Teachers also help in organising the events.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible, only 5000 per semester. And visit Nerist website for more details. hostel mess fees is 14800 per semester. overall. This is most cheapest college in India which offering Engineering courses.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No loan, but scholarship is provided by college and others gov department. Students of various states are getting scholarship from their respective departments and gov of India offering various scholarship.

Campus Life :

All lab facilities are available in the college but the faculties didn't focus on the development of the students they just enjoy the day and get the salary. So they need to take care. And new equipment should be there.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, First Year hostel is new other hostels are not good.the condition of all hostel is worst. No body cares about a little about it. I will give 1 star out of 5 to all the old hostels.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

No some seniors helpful but not all. I also asked some seniors for help they helped me but most of the senior didn't waste there time in helping the juniors. Nowadays a mentorship program is running.

Admission :

The NEE - 3 Exam is held in April month.After passing NEE - III Exam and successfully selected in Merit list and after that participating in Counselling process.

Faculty :

Faculty are highly qualified and Most of them are IITIANS and they teach us in a very easy manner. But some teachers didn't come for taking the class. Overall teachers are good in the College as they have been Central gov teachers.

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college is average, as the location is remote only a limited number of companies visit for placement. - From seventh sem students become eligible for campus placements. - The highest package offered till now for on campus is 19lpa by C-Dot and average package is 8lpa. - Students getting placed differs from branch to branch , in cse almost every students gets placed who are eligible. - Also i am planning for M.tech if i do not get a good placement.

NIT Arunachal Pradesh - An Honest Overview

Placement Experience:

From 7th Semester students are eligible for campus placements if they dont have a backlog as many companies do not allow arrays in the semester. The companies visited are Deloitte , Alstom , HCL , TCS etc. Almost 100 percent students are placed in my college I would join an MNC after getting a degree

The placements are good so far and every year at least 80% of students get placed and the companies that come to give placements are mostly core companies. The average package every year is 8LPA. So I do have a plan to sit on placement.

Remarks:

It is the best technical College in our state and the course I took was good for developments in our state as it is an agriculture based state. Students from various parts of North East come here through entrance. Seats are there for all India students too.So NERIST is full of diversity in culture,caste and race.It provides B.tech,B.sc,MBA, M.tech,M.sc,P.hd program.The course I took was Agricultural Engineering.It was a much needed course in our state which directly depended its economy in agriculture.
