Student at IIT Guwahati

The IIT Guwahati campus is spread across 703 acres. It is the 6th largest IIT in India area-wise, and it has a beautiful campus. In the backdrop, river Brahmaputra flows on one side and lush green mountains are situated on the other side.

There are around 420 academic staff members and more than 6000 students at IIT Guwahati at present. The campus has all the necessary facilities for students and faculty members. The college has well-equipped laboratories, a library, hostels, playgrounds, and much more. IIT Guwahati has hi-tech modern classrooms, 2 girls’ hostels & 9 boys' hostels, a sports complex, a cafeteria, a gym, a hospital, and more.

As you can see, the campus is not just big, but it has beautiful natural surroundings. If you opt for IITG, you will have a lovely time on campus.
