What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

My attachment to the students, my service to society, and want to see my country with leaders who are passionate and want to build a good nation last my passion for teaching keep me connected with the education section. 

What can a student gain from studying in your institute?

Positive efficiency to be a good human being and to be successful in his or her life. As a Principal, I want to see my students get good ranks. Faculty members are very stimulating factors for students to engage themselves in the teaching-learning ecosystem.

How could your institute be welcoming to students of different races and backgrounds?

We have hostel accommodation, good connectivity from the city and moreover, we have excellent placements records. The teaching and technical staff all are very experienced to help every visitor at our campus.

To excel in results, students’ comfortability, and to give them better campus placements should be the institute’s top priority for the next 10 years.

What are your institute’s greatest strengths?

Teachers with experience, location, and infrastructure along with excellent results in every stream are some of the key strengths. We also believe that the student-teacher relationship is very important and other facilities beyond the requirements of the regulatory bodies.

What are the biggest challenges you see, for your institute?

The biggest challenge that we face today is increasing competition as many more colleges with the same offerings in our city but students are also so we can see this as an opportunity. We have an intake of about 420 students and also we have a huge campus to help students to excel in their life.

How do you establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute?

We tend to establish a healthy relationship by organizing annual sports activities, friendly relationships between students and teachers, and mentoring sessions to guide students, and also counseling is given to students at the time of admission. 

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

Students need to be studious, sincere, and hardworking and should be goal orientated. I personally believe that from my experience students need to be somewhat honest to themselves and to their parents and seniors.
