NEF College of Pharmacy, Guwahati was established in 2019 under the aegis of NEF Group of Colleges run by National Education Foundation Trust, Guwahati. The College aims to provide quality education, training and research in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. NEF College of Pharmacy is affiliated to Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati and approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. The College is also approved by the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Assam.

NEF College of Pharmacy has B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses in their curriculum.
Candidates applying for both of these courses should have completed HSC level of education.

For taking admission in this college first of all we should fill up a online form which cost 500 then the admission is offline. But admission is based on merits list of exam CEE hell on Assam then admission is confirmed.

College is neat and clean and the washroom are really neat which is good

Dislikes

There is no auditorium in college, any occasion or program we need to make a pandel
There is only one general library for every department and its too small
There is not enough classroom in the college, sometimes we need to wander around as no classroom

Admission:

This college is under Srimanta Shankardev University which is the head of all the medical courses so o preferred this college rather than other private college No. I didn't get rejected from other others as I did. Didnt opt for any other college than this but yes I wanted to join in government college because of the lower fee structure Eligibility is matric passed, HS passed, and an entrance exam is held called CEE so they prefer students those who take the CEE exam

The environment of our college campus is very good

Lift is not working most of the time because of electricity

Admission:

Eligibility for the b pharm course is 12th with science stream and minimum marks should be 50 %. Admission is taken through CEE exam conducted by SSUHS (Srimanta sankardeva University of health science)

The overall environment is good enough for concentration .
College have good infrastructure as compared to other colleges in the city.

Admission:

Admission process is good and the students have to give JEE under Sankardeva university of Health Sciences, Guwahati . This exam is mandatory to get the seat in any pharmacy college in Assam . Also the students need 55% or above in 12 to take admission in our college.

In my time we use to get admission directly but now our juniors have to first seat in CEE entrance exam and then they can apply in our college. The one curious about our college can visit to our website of nef college of pharmacy guwahati. The admission process is fast and easy just to visit the administrative office of our college.

The first-year fee is INR 1.75 Lakhs, and 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th year fee are INR 1.10 Lakhs at the NEF College of Pharmacy, Guwahati. Candidate should have passed H.S. (10+2) in Science Stream with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) and aged not less than 17 years and not more than 24 years as on 30th June of the year of admission. (3 Year relaxation for SC / ST-P / ST-H).
