You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

The key factors that have kept me connected with the education sector throughout my professional career are learning and knowledge sharing technology integration. Being able to establish a culture of research and an innovation policy helps us provide quality education. Moreover, community engagement, global education initiatives and having economic and social impact motivate me to keep teaching.

Being the HOD Aditya college of Engineering what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

My philosophy of leadership is that leaders inspire and motivate their team through their passion, vision, and ability to communicate a compelling future. Regardless of their position or function, everyone, including myself, deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect, and it is something that my style of leadership will always prioritize. I believe in having growth that is inclusive for my staff and having the ability to respond successfully to a variety of circumstances and challenges. I have faith in my team's ability to carry out tasks and make judgments pertinent to their respective areas of expertise. I try to be capable of providing my team members with a clear understanding of my expectations, of accepting their input, and of actively listening to them. I am responsible for the accomplishment of set goals and objectives and I am always there to provide direction and eliminate hurdles whenever they become necessary.

How does the curriculum of Aditya college of Engineering ensure the best practice of industry?

Even though our institute is a JNTUK affiliated institution, we try to compensate for the gap between industry and academia by conducting add-on courses for students. Students can keep their knowledge updated by doing global certifications from Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Redhat, and many others. This is an added advantage for those at Aditya College of Engineering. Some of our best practices would be our global certifications, student technical clubs, encouragement for entrepreneurs, and engaging students with real time projects. We also provide an outcome based education.
