Fees and Financial Aid:
I joined the college under the convener quota through the governement counselling process.As per the governement of Andhra Pradesh,The approved tution fee for Convener Quota Students is 40,000 rupees per year ,which is supposes to be reimbursed directly to the college by the governement under the fee reimbursement scheme .However despite this clear guideline,the college collects an additional 15000 rupees per year from us under the name of CRT fee (Campus Recruitment Training) .This charge is not approved or recognized by governement ,and the college still forces students to pay it every year as a compulsary fee.Whats worse,if the governement delays the fee reimbursement ,the college often threatens students,saying they will not be allowed to write exams unless the students pay the amount upfront .
for management quota students the situation is even worse .They are charged around 200000 rupees as only tution fee and ,in many cases ,have to pay an unofficial donation or seat booking amount ranging from 3 to 5 lakhs,especially for cse and other popular branches
the college provides no scholarship benifits or academic benifits in return the fee structure is not transparent ,increases unofficially and completely ignores government instructions
