What keeps you connected with the Education sector and how has your experience been so far with the institute?

As a young man, I would sit with my grandfather and see him working diligently towards his dream of a University and beyond. Because I am so passionate about education, I make it a point to stay up to date on new legislation and changes that may affect my studying habits. I gradually began to fully comprehend the implications of this ambition for all of us and our nation. My goals are to be, to create, to establish, and to add even more to his ideal. With Oriental Group of Institutions (OGI), we are constantly searching for new and creative ideas. As one of the group’s founding members, we are familiar with the ideals of a culture that values education. Our goal is to prepare the students for the demands of the cutting-edge industry.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

Leadership, in my opinion, is upholding moral standards and a set of deeply ingrained ideals. Since everyone is a leader, they must become more adept at making decisions and engaging in introspection to provide useful knowledge. We’re determined to go far beyond conventional learning.

How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practices?

Our curriculum is based on academic theory and institute practices. We use business simulations, real-time case studies, and live projects, to make sure our students are well equipped to become real future masters and leaders. For OUI, education is about more than just imparting knowledge; it’s about fostering an environment of academic freedom where people may explore, work together, acquire knowledge, and thrive in their fields of study and beyond. Numerous esteemed colleges of engineering, management, computer application, pharmacy, etc. have been successfully founded by the Oriental Group. OUI offers courses at several levels that lead to Ph.D., Post-Graduate, Undergraduate, Certificate, and Diploma programs.

What are the Challenges faced by you as the Pro-Chancellor?

The biggest struggles came to my mind as an educator. Maintaining endless records of students and other administrative activities manually is not just exhausting it’s also time-consuming. It impacts student performances if teachers engage in admin work. For higher education, with hostels and other facilities to look at, it becomes even more difficult. It is crucial to meet the expectations of students and maintain the institute’s reputation. These millennials don’t settle for less and only select the finest options available to them. Additionally, we hope to foster a climate that is both safe and interesting so that inquisitive and intelligent students can engage with one another and share knowledge.

What are your roles and responsibilities?

Along with targeting the visionary aspects of group, all the constituent Institutes must guarantees the excellence in all areas and receive recognitions for a number of blatantly obvious tactics. Furthermore, the Institutes’ goals have been sincerely pursued, and the efficacy of the resources at hand has been attained. As a result, Oriental Group was created as a hub for chances for ambitious individuals. Generally speaking, it has made a name for itself as a happy supplier of human resources to prestigious companies and other stakeholders.
