ISC Class 12 Improvement Exam 2024 will begin from July 1, 2024 onwards. The council has discontinued ISC class 12 compartment exam this year. Students who do not get passing marks in any two subjects or wish to improve their score are eligible. The complete schedule has been updated on this page.
- The exam will be conducted till July 16, 2024
- The syllabus for improvement exams is the same as ISC Class 12 Syllabus for regular exams.
- Candidates appearing for improvement exams will get a separate admit card for these exams.

Candidates who pass ISC improvement i.e. whose overall result changes from PCNA (Pass Certificate Not Awarded) to PCA (Pass Certificate Awarded) have to return their original marksheet to their schools. Once the previous marksheet is received by CISCE, the revised marksheet and pass certificate of the respective students will be sent to schools.

ISC Class 12 Improvement Exam Eligibility 2024
Students who meet the following eligibility criteria can appear for ISC compartment and improvement exams:
- Candidates who appeared for the ISC main board exams 2024 but did not get a Pass Certificate i.e. PCNA (Pass Certificate Not Awarded) can take compartment exams.

ISC Class 12 Improvement Exam Registration 2024
ISC class 12 improvement exam registration process will be held from July 1, 2024, onwards. Candidates can register for ISC improvement exam 2024 through their schools. The steps to be followed to register for the improvement exams are mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of CISCE at www.cisce.org.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Service’ tab on the home page.
Step 3: School authorities can log in using the required credentials such as registered email ID, login ID, and password.
Step 4: Complete the application form of the candidate and submit it.
Step 5: Pay the required fee.
Step 6: Save a copy of the application form for future use.
ISC Improvement Exam Registration Fee
ISC improvement exam registration process is considered complete only after the payment of the registration fee.
- Each candidate has to pay INR 500 as application fees for ISC Board 2024 improvement exam.
- The payment can be made by the school authorities in online mode. Candidates must pay the registration fee before the last date to avoid late charges.
- Candidates must note that CISCE charges Rs. 1000 from the students who wish to appear for the improvement exam for English. This is because the English subject involves two papers – Paper I and Paper II.

ISC Class 12 Improvement Exam Admit Card 2024
ISC class 12 improvement exam admit card is expected to be released in June 2024. The admit cards will be issued on the official website and can be downloaded by the school authorities. Students need to collect their ISC compartment exam admit cards from their schools.
