Faculty:

In my class the student to teacher ratio was 39:1 also there were memtors were allotted to each student for their personal help. However I'm not sure how they wanted to help but there was only a monthly meeting held with my mentor which was mostly like a friendly hangout. The teachers at Bethune College were very helpful and always ready to be present for their students at any time of the day.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum although restricted has a vast subject variety including practical topics as well as theoretical ones. Also there is projects and presentations to be given every semester which helps build up confidence among students. However there's lack of rigorous implementation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose my course as I loved physics and mathematics from my childhood days and I wanted to do some research related to physics in the later part of my life. The several curriculum in our college prepared ourselves for the real world applications. The frequency of exams was half yearly basis. But several internal exams were happened in between those half yearly exams to prepared us for the difficult problems.

Faculty:

All the faculty members are highly educated and they have completed their degree from India's top rated University. Faculty to student ratio was also good and it impacts our learning experience well. The teaching approach of the faculty members are so good that we had no problem to understand any topic. The relation between the teacher and student are so good that we can call anytime our teachers.

The faculty members means lecturar is to good and well educated and qualified. The are the mediator between the books and the students. Understand us the syllabus in easy methods . Faculty-to-student ratio is 1:30 and it's good and sufficient. The faculty members are good in mentorship. Any talk they do with us is productive and knowledgeable. I am friendly with my teachers and without any hesitation I ask my doubts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am persuing bachelor's in science. In which Physics, mathematics and statistics are compulsory subjects and English and EVs is mandatory subjects . It is a 3year course. I suggest that they have to increase faculty members for extra students. Exams are far away, but it is difficult to complete the syllabus in that tenure .

The overall experience with campus life is great. In the month of August or September freshers days, and later in December urmee, department activities are held. In the library there are so many varieties of books are available. We can get any book we want after getting a library card. The classroom level is not good. Some chairs are broken or some chairs don't have desk. Sometimes we didn't get class because other faculty is teaching. The projector is provided in the classroom. Sports events are not held from college but we can participate inter College and play at the University level. And extracurricular activities like NCC, NSS, civil defense, Armd forcs are offered.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main curriculum that influenced me is I like computer science courses too much. I love to work in computers. I needed bca course but it was already filled when I went. So I decided to take bsc in computer science. They'll also keep some job fair sessions for us so that we can gain some knowledge about the jobs. Some teachers will change our mindset like this job is good etc so will we be stuck in that situation as we think of other jobs and suddenly some teacher says the different job to get more salary in that stage we'll be confused. The timings of the exams are better not the semester only the internals. They keep almost all the internals in 3rd week in every 3months so we will be revised for the semester exams. They also made the online class when the portions were not completed by the last working day.

Campus Life:

There are less festivals in our college as they keep one week festival like annual day, talents day, sports day, and traditional day all in one week itself. Then it's over we again shift to studies. But it's good because we can enjoy any how in that festival and also can concentrate on studies. All the programs will be held nicely as it will be done by our students itself. We also have srujana the NSS programme on the 3rd day in that we all take part as a volunteer. Many other colleges students will come and till the end we'll guide them what to do and where to go for the particular event. The college also offers the students to go for events held in other colleges.

● Top Answer By Shruti Singh on 13 Oct 22

Ans. Practicals for first-year B.Sc students are held in February for the July session. Practicals are usually held on Sundays at around 9 a.m. Boys and girls have their rooms. When the assistant finishes the distribution work, the teacher asks you to write two experiments with the aim, requirements, method, theory, and everything with tables. The teacher announces the student's name. He then asks a few questions regarding the same before concluding the practicals. You just have to keep the file handy and create a beautiful piece. Ques. What are the future prospects of getting a BSc degree from DU? What are the best colleges in DU?

● Top Answer By Prashant Mathur on 12 Oct 22

Ans.  In today's world, getting a bachelor's degree from any college isn't worth much. DU has a brand name, but if your overall grades aren't good enough, having a degree from Delhi University is pointless. By providing many resources and an intellectual environment, Delhi University will assist you in exploring various aspects of your personality. However, if you have a bachelor's degree in any of the Science subjects or even Mathematics, you will need to do a master's or even a PhD to get a decent-paying job. However, if you are an SRCC or Stephens graduate, you may be able to get a good placement from the college itself if you have a degree in Arts or Commerce with above-average marks. The best colleges vary depending on your subject, such as SRCC for those interested in commerce. Stephen's is also regarded as one of the most prestigious universities. Other good colleges include Miranda House, Hindu, and Lady Shri Ram.Read more

● Top Answer By Deepak Kumar on 01 Nov 22

Ans. In order to get admission to the MSc program of IITs, you have to appear in the IIT JAM examination. This requires BSc Hons or a major in Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics.
