One of the best university in India to do Hotel management.
They focus on co-curricular activities. Different clubs are there so that you don't burn out.

Dislikes

Campus is not that exciting. Definately not what you expect from your dream college.
A little too strict of rules and dress code.

Faculty:

There are almost 300 students in a batch which later are divided in different sections alphabetically. Different faculty for every year. The faculty is helpful and easily approachable. My favourite teacher there was the one for Housekeeping and Kitchen. Each year there are 4 exams. 2 mid terms and 2 end sems. Moderate level difficulty. 10-20 students fail in a batch of 300 students. Each year is different. First year is the basic. Second year will be for the industrial training. Third year is advanced along with the placements.

I hate Shaving everyday because i dnt think clean shave is important for grooming
I hate the washrooms also which are always diety

Faculty:

I think the faculty to student ration is perfect and it also impacts on students learning n study the faculty is very helpfull and all teachers work hard to teach us i can intreact with my teachers but not like other collages they are busy in other classes also

The reputation of the college is very high in the hospitality industry
All major companies from hospitality and retail industry come for placement

Dislikes

The campus size is very small , so not much campus life
The starting salary is low compared to other industries

Faculty:

The faculties of IHM PUSA are highly qualified mostly having PHDs or significant experience in the hospitality industry at leadership positions. The faculty-to-student ratio is 50:1. They are very supportive and encourage learning. The faculties at IHM PUSA are very approachable and friendly.

The best thing i liked about my IMH Pusa is the atmosphere of the campus indeed. The level of discipline they teaches a student is so far the best i have ever witnessed in an university.
The level of grooming standard they have set for an student and even for themselves is very appreciating and is very well followed. The skills of teaching and the classroom atmosphere is also so good that it makes one feel like understanding things.

Dislikes

There are no such thing as disliking about IHM Pusa however there are things that needs improvement like the infrastructure nothing in particular as such but they sure can work on that if so.

Faculty:

The quality of education in IHM Pusa is very much good. The faculty members are very insightful and very much knowledgeable they know how to teach and what to teach to a student in what way. I never felt like that the faculty members are unable to give the desired knowledge about a particular topic i always felt fulfil and understood. The Faculty members are always available throughout the day in case anyone has doubt or queries related to anything and moreover our faculty themselves interact w the students on daily basis and shows concern in the student well being and development. I myself an individual has approached to faculty many times and not just for study related issues i have interacted with them with the things i want to do and pursue in future as well and the faculty members did help me to understand what steps i needed to take for the desired results. The faculty members have made us feel that comfortable that students feel free to approach to any faculty anytime.

Best part is the kitchen. You get to learn a lot in the kitchen department and will definitely make you self reliant
Pusa makes you bold, it enhances your skills so much that you'll be ready to face any situation

Dislikes

IHM PUSA administration is way too slow. It works almost as a government office where they don't care about your problems
The hostel is one of the worst places you'll ever go to

Faculty:

IHM Pusa has one of the best set of faculty you'll find anywhere in India. The teachers are not only cooperative but highly skilled, trained and have a really helpful nature. Faculty to student ratio is 300: 10. Teachers not only have a great teaching experience but on field hotel experience as well and thus they are an excellent mentor to the students. Since most of the faculty reside in the college premise only, approachability is very easy

College provide internship in reputed company like ITC Taj etc

Dislikes

Average package is just 350000 which is too low for top institute in this industry
Ristricts students to go outside as well as inside of this institute

Faculty:

Faculty to students ratio is 40:2 but as batch are divided into small group which helps to taught students and give time to everyone as this course mainly focuses on practical learning therefore it's very important for students to get guidance from faculty

The faculty of this college is very supportive and lead students to take right direction
While my internship in Leela ambience gurugram the principal of college was helping me and coordinating with the HR department of the hotel

Dislikes

College campus size is really small compared to other colleges
Don't like the management........ there is long process to do anything

Faculty:

There are enough teachers for students. so my batch is devided into group A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I, and each group has 30 students. so 30 students for 1 techer and in each teacher have a assistant This course is mainly depends on pratical classes so all teachers focus on pratical classes I used talk to teacher very often they also helped me in placements

The environment of college is very good, friendly behaviour by staffs and security, teachers are cooperative and experienced also
Campus is big and surrounded by greenery. Very good atmosphere around the campus.

Dislikes

Campus is working on same old machines like lift is old sometimes stuck.
Very hard to get the ihm Pusa campus hostel is not too big .

Faculty:

There are probably total 30-40 teachers in ihm pusa every department has their own Head of department . All techers are NHTET qualified and experienced some of them teaching since more than 10 years. Every teachers interaction are happened with students according to their classes and if once they teach any class they remember the students of that class whenever they see , they call by name .

Every faculty strives to drive out the better qualities of each and every student. They always try to simplify concepts so that they can be understood very easily. The teachers are available at the college and can approach to seek guidance on syllabus and placements

Faculties were interactive and cooperative and helped during my course
Notes were provided properly and all the practical knowledge was done under proper guidance

Dislikes

Campus was Little bit small as it should be somewhat big

Faculty:

Faculty teaches approximately 60 students at a time which is a good thing as students can interact and clear their doubts and if u will ask any doubts they will clear it and you can personally approach them if it's not cleared in class which is a good thing
