You are applying for a scholarship you can get it easily, college helps students in taking government scholarships.
Placement cell is so fantastic in my college every year there is above 200 student place in variuos company like infosys ,wipro ,amazon , microsoft,tcs,daffodile etc, also the highest package of my college is 75 lakh
Faculty members are good and have a perfect skill in their respective subject.

Dislikes

Lastly the lift services are so poor that one of our lift is always broken. many students here struggle for every little thing required and this hostel doesn't provide you the facilities according to the fees they take.
The hostel facility provided by the college is not so good . students always suffer from food facilities and other hostel facilities. the warden is good eveb though our problems take loke forever to be solved.
I have taken hostel of gniot college there facilities of rooms is good but food which they provide in mess is so oily ..and unhealthy that you can't eat every day you have to eat from canteen..

Library is quite good with almost every book available
Faculties are quite good as they solve almost every doubt
They provide notes for the end semester exam

Dislikes

They almost give every presure on 1st year student
The attendance rule....75% attendence is mandatory
They call your parents if you are absent for 3 days straight

From the 7th semester students are eligible for for placement 100+ companies visits the campus with 1000+ offer being made About 92% students gets placed avg package of 4.75 lpa in companies like TCS and Wipro etc etc

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BTECH in computer science because that was the fashion at that time also we had heard that CS gives more jobs rather than other fields. there were 12 faculty per 60*10 students. All the faculty members were highly qualified with Ph.D. degrees Semester-wise exams were done and came directly from notes.

Likes

Faculty members are good and have a perfect skill in their respective subject.
Campus infrastructures are provided well to all the students.
Regular competition in perfect interval of time.

Dislikes

Timing of college, the 9-5 timing is very much hectic.
Leaves for festival are not sufficient for the students who came from other states.
I guess fees is slightly more than the limit.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement around 150 companies visit the college and offer placement for the students. The highest college package is 70Lpa and the average is 4 lpa. 10% of students are placed in the placement drive. My plans after completing this degree are to go for btech entry scheme of the armed forces or to be placed in a private company.

term exams are always on time. it's not that tough to clear them. you need to just attend the classes. if you only attend class and don't do any self-study you can clear the exam easily. Most of the students study on the day before the exam.

This is funny but I liked that I that I have low attendance in semester exam but the college have given me the chance to give the exam without having mendatory attendance

In GNIOT from the 5th & 6th semester, students sit in placement exams if you are that much capable you can get there but the placement is not that good the average package is 5 to 6 LPA The highest average package is 16LPA I know that was offered 5 years ago. Almost 60 to 70 percent of students get their placement from college. I plan to get an average placement from college and I will try out campus placement.
