Review of Gniot college during 2020-24 (average college but improving)

Likes

I liked the less pressure on students for attendance at that time.
The teaching of some teachers as they are almost same in every college who keep just switching to one another.

Dislikes

Placements were less for our batch it was around 10 percent only.
There is no mass hiring in our college like tcs, cognizant these don't visit

Hostel Facilities:

Room was 2 bhk with almirah but it was small room, Meal at our time was worst quality it has variations in breakfast like milk,break butter ,jam ,poha that was ok but dinner was not like sabzi,dal etc Registration process is simple just go to the warden office and fill form and all process ,initially online also it is to be filled

Likes

No ragging campus, students are average well behaved.
Computer labs are well developed and AC library for free internet access and to study from books. Canteen available for average good quality food.

Dislikes

You've to wear uniform some days. but it's opinional, only few weeks at start of semmester they ask for it.
Sometimes they do drama over attendance, also very less holidays.

Hostel Facilities:

when I took admission, hostel was 108000, but now it's 138000 (including cooler for 3k). average food, better than average PG in greater Noida. Room is well furnished, you get study table, chairs, wooden bed with diwaan, iron almirah, big mirror, balcony, big bathroom. you can check it for yourself. but you've to always keep outpass to go outside.

Teachers are good enough. They hel6you during weekend if you have any doubts or you are weak in any topic or subjects. The Lab facilities and library facilities are pretty decent. The study environment is also nice for students.
The campus area is good but the canteens are pretty average here. If we talk about sports then we uave basketball court and football ground which is good in condition most of the time. We have seniors who are good enough to guide us.

Dislikes

The hostel facility provided by the college is not so good . Students always suffer from food facilities and other hostel facilities. The warden is good eveb though our problems take loke forever to be solved.
There are many restrictions like you can't play music in the corridors, you can't go to terrace and many more. If you are late due to any emergency situation even though if you inform the warden right away he doesn't co-operate with you at all.

Hostel Facilities:

In this hostel , you get to have two types of room. A. Two seater B. Three seater Both the rooms have either cooler or AC . The rooms with ac requires Rs 35,000 more than the rooms with cooler. They provide you with free wifi and cleaning with a day interval . There is a mess at the ground floor with respective timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now reviewing the facilities, the food is not good everyday students complain about the food but no proper measures are taken quickly. The warden is not so co-operative and helpful. Fir this hostel you need to pay Rs 25,000 for registration and booking and the remaining fees will be asked when you will come to stay.

The faculty member because the faculty of my course is very educated and motivating
the campus life is very nice and safe as the college follow the ragging free policies

Dislikes

The hostel of the college is very much unsatisfied as the fee is pretty unfair and expensive
the staff of the hostel is pretty much hostile as the warden have drinking problems

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel facility is very bad as the rent/ fee of the hostel is pretty expensive which is 137000/- rupees as one time payment for a year. the satff of the hostel is not supportive , there are also many strict rules which make the hostel similar to the prison

Teachers are dedicated and du their duty with full dedication.
Infrastructure is good and all classes are containing AC

Dislikes

Various types of fees are been included irrespective of either you are getting those facilities or not.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostels are good here. they provide fully furnished rooms. it depends upon you which type of room you want. there are 3 seaters, 2 seaters and single accommodation too with the combination of AC and cooler. it's better to OPT for PG or Flat.

Hostel Facilities:

In the hostel, for 3 seaters we have 3 beds, chairs tables almirah and all,1 balcony,1 bathroom same for 2 seaters. and if you want to take a cooler then you have to pay 3000 per student. The meal is for 4 times which in the morning breakfast, in the afternoon we have proper lunch, in the evening we have snacks and at night a simple dinner. Yes after 1 year I take the rented room and most of the rooms are good alpha 1,aplha2 near Paris chalk.

Professors are very good. They always help in any kind of stydy help
The workshop lab is the best as it provide how machinery works

Dislikes

Some classes only have 1 air Conditioner but most of the class have 2-3 AC's
There is Construction work going in some places so it distubs our movement but bot intrupt in studies

Campus Life:

My hororail experience with campus live has been in reaching in engaging socially I have found it easy to connect with fellow students through various clubs in organisation which was the event at fosters the sense of community we recently have a sip program Where are seniors interact with us and motivate us what to do

The girls boys ratio is very low there are larger no. Of boys
Infrastructure is poor Waal Is broken and not properly abled..

The books are available in Library which provides us knowledge and do learn something and there are no sports activities in our college and no ground which is veriy poor.. there are no freshers party .

Well maintained labs, grounds, libraries, etc.

Campus Life:

All over college infrastructure is excellent. They have many social clubs as well as tech clubs in which a student learns a lot of things which is outside of the syllabus. The Campus Life of the institute is unforgettable.

Here teachers were very friendly and supportive and the most important thing is that they make sure that every student are understand what they are teaching
In our college every complain listen by our dean and they make sure that the problem will short out

Dislikes

Desk and benchs were not in a good condition
Some of the students were not behave well in a college and i think there should be strict rule for these kind of students who do hooting and shouting

Campus Life:

In terms of infrastructure college is not soo good but in terms of study it is quite good. There is a different club on the basis of your ineterst that you can join . In library you can get all the types of books and journals. Classroom is also good.
