According to the report, the institute’s highest package stood at INR 20 LPA, average package was INR 11.25 LPA and median package stood at INR 10 LPA. The latest report mentions that 42% of females and 58% of males have been hired. Some of the prominent recruiters who came at the placement are Deloitte, HCL, TAJ, Genpact, Adani, Piramal, TATA AIG Insurance, Mercedes Benz, ITC Limited etc. The highest stipend received during MBA Summer Internship Placements 2025 was INR 60,000 and average was INR 25,000.

- Teachers are very helpful, they guide you right always and support you in all the phases.

During my graduation time, Pandemic hit the world and lockdown was there, so couldn't get the placement. But now the placements are really great, big 4 companies are also coming to the college for placements and taking good number of students.
Likes
- Ambience is extra ordinary with so much beauty at the campus
- Cultural practices are very nice with belongingness to every religion
Dislikes
- Mess food is worst there are days when you really cannot eat the food
- Transportation facilities are less as it is on the outskirts

Before that, they are well prepared through mock interviews, interval C2C conduction, and other such activities. Over 100 companies have visited our college to recruit our seniors. The highest package offered so far is by Paytm, which is 25.6 LPA. Companies such as Mercedes, Grand Thorton, HCL, Tata AIG, and Finoability offer median packages ranging from 10-12 LPA for roles like Marketing Analyst, Research Analyst, Project Manager, and many others. The college provides 100% placement assistance to its students.

- There are too many guests lectures sometimes it get boring to attend them

In MBA Second year students are eligible for placements. The companies visited are HDFC, SBI General Insurance, Federal Bank, ICICI Aspect Ratio etc. for finance. The highest package offered is 25 lacs p.a. and Lowest is 8 lacs p.a. 60-70% students get placed. Continue with the job which get from college or if not then find a relevant job in the market.

- Stationery, groceries, canteen etc. all kinds of essential emenities are available here
Dislikes
- Placement package: ROI is not even 50%, need to improve more
- Mess food is pathetic. as they charge 55000/semester still the food is not upto the mark
Placement Experience:
The campus placements are not so good. We pay the fee amount of 22-23 Lakhs but in return, we get the average package of only 7-8 Lakhs. So, the ROI is not even touch 50%. The placement committee and the director do lots of hard work for the better placements.

its been 4 years to college and Placement figures is increasing each year. Students are working very hard to brings lots of good comapnies to college. the average placement we have here is of 10,00,000. some big companies like mercedies, KPIT,KPMG, Career 360 visit college for SIP and FP

- The campus here is spreaded over 75 acres with great infrastructure.
- The faculty here is supportive and guide the students in need.
Dislikes
- The placements here is not satisfactory or very much less.
- The fees they charge here is overrated as they do no provide good placements here.

The placements at SIBM Nagpur is worrying because they take 21 lakhs for a 2 year MBA program and give a n average salary of 8 lakhs. Not all students get placements here. Only 60% of the students get placed. Highest package offered is 26 lakhs.

The highest package is nearly 14 lakh and the average is around 8 lakh but on the website, they claim that the highest package is 25 Lakhs. The lowest package is near around 5 lakh. Only 60-65% of students got placed till now. Only very few known or reputed companies will come for the final placement process.

Some of the companies visited are ITC, Deloitte, Tata AIG, Tata Trent, Volvo Richer, ICICI Lombard, Kotak, HUL, etc The highest package offered in 2023 was 17-18 lakhs PA. The minimum starting from 8 lakhs PA.
