Course Curriculum Overview

4

I believe the curriculum is relevant to the overall program objectives of the MBA because it provides opportunity for practical learning, follows industry trends, or imparts core skills in data analysis. However, there are a lot of ways the curriculum might be enhanced, like as include more case studies from the actual world, up-to-date business datasets, or electives focused on specific data analysis techniques. R

Internships Opportunities

4

At SIBM Nagpur, excellent placement services actively connect students with internship opportunities across a variety of industries. This is what I experienced: Companies and Roles:The placement bureau arranges internships with a range of companies. I have seen the following situations: FMCG: Sales, marketing, and brand management internships may be offered by ITC Limited, Nestle, and Hindustan Unilever. You might study customer behavior, carry out market research, or work on marketing campaigns. Consultancy: Consultancies like Accenture Strategy, KPMG, and Deloitte provide internships in business process improvement, market research, and client contact. You can be in charge of tasks like feasibility studies, competition evaluations, and client presentations. Banking and Finance: Internships in wealth management, corporate banking, and other areas may be available through Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, and HDFC

Placement Experience

4

Students at our college become eligible for placements in the final year of their studies. Before that, they are well prepared through mock interviews, interval C2C conduction, and other such activities. Over 100 companies have visited our college to recruit our seniors. The highest package offered so far is by Paytm, which is 25.6 LPA. Companies such as Mercedes, Grand Thorton, HCL, Tata AIG, and Finoability offer median packages ranging from 10-12 LPA for roles like Marketing Analyst, Research Analyst, Project Manager, and many others. The college provides 100% placement assistance to its students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Payments for the course must be made in installments. There are two installments due in the first year and two in the second. The mess and hostel fees are included in the charges, which have to be revealed before the academic year begins. I will have to pay a total of 19 lakhs rupees for my course.Scholarships and Grants for Education: Thankfully, SIBM Nagpur offers several scholarship opportunities to reduce the cost: Merit Scholarships: 20% of the tuition may be waived for students who demonstrate academic achievement and perform well on the SNAP admission exam. Scholarships for semester toppers may also be offered for certain programs. Graduates of Nagpur University who have lived in Nagpur for at least five years are eligible for the Nagpur Domicile Scholarship, which offers a 15% tuition reduction. International Scholarships: For additional details, go to the website. International students may only be eligible for a restricted number of undergraduate and graduate scholarships

Campus Life

4

At SIBM Nagpur, campus life is a vibrant fusion of academics, extracurriculars, and personal growth. Clubs and the Circular Economy. Every year in February, there is a huge event called the Symbiosis Spandan Fest, which includes cultural performances, competitions, guest lectures, and fun activities. It's a great opportunity to unwind, showcase your abilities, and make connections with other students. Every October, technology and business enthusiasts congregate at The Arena, also known as the Techno-Management Fest. There are business simulations, coding challenges, guest speaker events, and workshops available. It's a great place to network with industry leaders and pick up new skills. Apart from these large-scale events, there are several student-run associations catering to various interests:Guest lectures, industry exchanges, and marketing-related courses are organized by the Marketing Club (MarCom).

Hostel Facilities

4

Facilities:Room Options: A variety of combinations of double, triple, and four-sharing rooms are offered. Every room has the standard pieces, such as beds, study tables, chairs, and wardrobes. Depending on your tastes and financial circumstances, air conditioning is an alternative. Common Area Amenities: There are TVs and game consoles in the common area of the hostel, a canteen that provides a variety of meals throughout the day, and laundry facilities. There is also Wi-Fi connectivity, albeit occasionally the speed varies. How to Register:Application: Hostel applications typically open concurrently with course applications. To obtain application forms and further details, visit the SIBM Nagpur website at https://www.sibmnagpur.edu.in/. Selection: Since hostel spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, early applications are encouraged. If additional  applications than spots are available, there may be a waiting list.

Interview Experience

4

WeGE-PIWAT: After meeting the SNAP cut-off, I got a call regarding the GE-PIWAT process. In-person interviews, a group discussion, and a written exam will all be held. Preparing: Group Discussion (GD): I researched common GD topics for MBA candidates. These could be ethical dilemmas, commercial settings, or current affairs. I focused on thinking clearly and paying close attention to what other people were saying. It was really helpful to participate in online or in-person simulated group discussions. Written Ability Test (WAT): The WAT often asks you to compose an essay on a certain topic in a set period of time. I tried to write essays that were factual, brief and backed up by reliable information. Individual Interview (PI): I readied myself for common questions that I would be asked at an MBA interview, such as "Why MBA?" and "Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses." Additionally, I also researched SIBM Nagpur's programs and faculty to showcase genuine interest. Practicing

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.
