What is the admission and selection criteria to Distance courses of EFLU, Distance Education, Hyderabad?

As far as selection is concerned, it is done on the basis of the candidate's academic merit. There is no admission test for any of the courses. Moreover, there is no age limit for admissions to DL courses of the university. Applicants need to pay the application fee and the total programme fee . The received applications are scrutinized and admissions confirmed by the School of Distance Education.

Will my fee be refunded if I drop from distance education courses of The English and Foreign Languages University, Distance Education? What is the seat intake of PGCTE?

EFLU does not refund any fees once submitted after the confirmation of admissions and the study materials dispatched to the students. Total programme fee will only be refunded to the candidates who are ineligible for admissions or for any other reason have not been admitted to the programme. The university has no capping of seats under ODL mode. Everyone who meets the minimum eligibility conditions is admitted.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The annual fee for the course is around 5.5k and thus, for the entire course it comes around 12k. Additionally, Rs.500 was paid for application. This is very affordable for a masters degree and economically backward students can apply for fee waiver schemes.
