Under Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad Admission 2024, the college provides few Culinary Education courses at Undergraduate, PG Diploma and Certificate levels such as a 3 year Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts, 1 year PG Diploma in Culinary Arts, 1.5 Year Certificate Course in Food Production & Patisserie, Costa Crociere Cruise Chef Courses, P&O Cruises Courses, Princess Cruises Courses, Special Courses with different eligibility criteria and durations as per the course to be chosen.

Eligibility Criteria:

The basic eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts is 10+2 from a recognized university with minimum 50% of aggregate marks holding not less than 17 years of age at the time of admissions. Candidate for whom English is not their medium of instruction must demonstrate competency in English in the selection procedure.
For the admission to the PG Diploma Course in Culinary Arts, one must have passed the Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bachelor of Business Management / Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel / Hospitality (with a minimum of two years of Food Production instruction), Graduates in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (Hotel, Hospitality and Tourism streams) with at least two years of instruction in food production, B.Sc. Hotel Management, B.A. in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Graduates from any recognized University.
All the other courses eligibility criteria depend upon the course & its specialization chosen.

Students are always encouraged to experiment and attempt new things by the proactive management.
Since students come from all across India, there are many different cultures and a wide variety of people from different regions of the country.

Dislikes

Discipline and regulations are excessive.They always say that self-discipline is necessary for success in the workplace, and the hotel industry is especially strict about discipline.
The management of the institution maintains very tight restrictions regarding timings, absenteeism, and breaking the college's discipline code.

Admission:

In order to be eligible for admission to the college, you must pass your 10+2 exams. You will also need to take the All India Entrance Exam. A written test consisting of multiple-choice questions must be completed first, followed by a group discussion and a personal interview.

I Applied in manipal and lovely international college which are very famous but their fees are very high not only fees but there leaving expenses also very high and before taking addmission i found that culinary academy of india is perfect and their placement ratio also very good so i took.

MAnagement is proactive and alweays encourages the students to explore and try new things.
Stuidents come from all over India so the cultute is multi and get to know so many people from other parts of India.

Dislikes

Rules and discipline is too much.They always say that in order to be successful in file one has to have self discipline and in particular the hotel industry in very particular about discipline.
College is very strict- the management has strict rules when it comes to Timings, absenteeism, non compliance to the college discipline code.

Admission:

The eligibility of the course is 10th standard.The application form is available on the website of the Culinary academy of India.Yes the college does give seats as per the reservation polisy of the state.The entrance exam is conducted once a year in the month of May/June .The selection process if tough and also has different levels of testing.It starts with Written Exam, and then personal interview. They should not call all the students on the same day for selection .With so many people applying for the course sometimes the students have to wait till night 11.00 for their turn
