In final year, so many companies are their for campus selection like cgss etc. Almost every student gt the placement I seen our senior students many of got placement. Also, they are working in the same now.
We don't have placements so we usually have to fish out for jobs on our own or connect with the alumni which is amazing as the alumni network is strong in our college.
The faculty and management have been taking extra measures every year to ensure good placements for their students, one of the main reasons why my classes haven't started as yet. But with the name of Srishti and your own talent, the college does provide you with excellent placement opportunities. Alumni networking is good as well as they are all extremely helpful and open to any questions.
Srishti does not provide placements to students. They organise an exhibition showcasing our portfolios and based on those portfolios companies pick. They basically just do the job of connecting us to the industry but everything is based on the portfolio.
There is no placement system as such. we Dont have a formal placement day where professionals would come and employ us but at the end of the graduation there is a formal exhibition where students display their final projects which helped them graduated. Alot of professionals are invited by the college to visit during this exhibition so they can view they student works and recruit them/ set an interview up with them right there if required.
The job roles for creative education focuses on career consular, education consultant, admission recruiter, guidance consular, family consular, child life specialist, journalist, technical writer, blogger etc. The college provides no campus placement to the students but you can apply to other big multinational companies as the logo of Srishti carries a goodwill. The average salary ranges from 4 to 6 lpa.
The top firms that came to visit the campus are Maps of India, The Grid, Synergy corporate interiors, The Karigars etc and offering a average package of 4 to 6 lpa according to the skills of the students. I am not sure of the internship packages that was offered. But overall the roles offered was sketching designer, craftsmen, sourcing product manager, cost inspector etc.
The placements start in last semester its the best in Mumbai and Delhi campuses. We had companies like Raymond, Madura Garments,Pantaloons Shopper Stop,Remanika, Sheetal etc come for it. The packages started at 2.5 lacs to 4.5 lacs at that time highest by Raymond.
