DU SOL Admission 2024 is open through CSAS. Round 3 schedule has been released on the official website, admission.uod.ac.in. Candidates can check the latest updates in the section below.
- The upgraded allocation result has been announced on September 3. Students allotted seat need to complete fee payment by September 4. The last date to pay the admission fee is September 6.
- Application for mid-entry will remain open from September 7 to 9.

DU SOL offers admission to more than 25 courses at the UG and PG levels. Delhi University, School of Opening Learning (DU SOL) offers direct admission to all programs, candidates are not required to appear for the CUET examination. DU SOL has added 6 new programs, namely BMS, BBA (FIA), BA (Hons.) Economics, Library and Information Science, and MBA. Also, DU SOL has adopted Undergraduate Curriculum Framework (UGCF) under National Education Policy (NEP). According to the same, the UG degree will be three or four years of graduation, with multiple exit options within this period, with appropriate certification/diploma.
Apart from these new courses, DU SOL offers various UG and PG courses including BA, BA (Hons), B.Com (Hons.), MA, and M.Com. The basic eligibility criteria for admission at DU SOL is to pass 10+2 for UG courses and a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field is required for PG admissions. DU SOL UG Admission 2024
DU SOL offers BA (program), BA (Hons), B.Com (Program), B.Com (Hons.), BBA (FIA), and BMS courses at the UG level. The courses are offered for a duration of 3-4 years. DU SOL PG Admission 2024
DU SOL also offers MA, M.Com, MBA, BLISc, and MLISc courses in various disciplines at the postgraduate level. DU SOL offers admission to PG courses in two categories, namely, Entrance-based and Merit-based. Registration for Master’s programs under DU-SOL usually commences in the month of August-September every year. Candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s degree from a university other than DU need to take the entrance test conducted by the University of Delhi. Students who have completed their graduation from DU are admitted on the basis of their marks in the qualifying exam. DU SOL offers PG courses with a duration of 2 years are tabulated below:

DU SOL Application Process 2024
DU Sol admission to all courses is done through online mode. Candidates seeking admission can follow the below-mentioned steps in order to apply for admission at DU SOL:
- Visit the official website of DU SOL – sol.du.ac.in
- Select the programs and click on “Apply Now” to fill the application form
- Fill in all the relevant information on the course details page/personal details page
- Upload all scanned copies of the relevant documents
- Pay the application of INR 500/- and submit the application form
- Download and take a printout of the application form for future reference

The admission process is based on Merit. You don't need to appear For any examination for the purpose of admission. As I am engaged in other professionals course which requireds much more time than others that why I have chosen this college. It provides both regular and distance learning.

I chose to study at SOL DU as i wanted to do other things too while i complete my bachelors. I've already completed a computer course and right now, I'm doing a language course. I'm also thinking of doing a part time job so that i can start saving for my future. I can do all this while simultaneously doing my bachelor's, thanks to the correspondence course of SOL DU. The admission process was easy, convenient, and online. I filled all the information and sent the documents via pdf. All this was done on my phone.

I choose this college because I wanted to do something else as well side by side and start earning as soon as possible. I did apply for different colleges but I personally didnt wanted that college life so I decided not to pursue their further. The admission process in SOL is pretty simple. You have to fill a form and choose the course. You should have that subject in class 11 and 12 th only then you're eligible for the course. After that you have to pay the fees for an year.

Let me tell u clearly, it's a good college for those who wants distance learning. I mean to say that for students who are pursuing other courses like CA, CS, CMA etc or doing jobs nd all. DU SOL: 2 Answered Questions
Can I get admission into SOL DU from a Regular DU in my 2nd year?
Unfortunately no, there is no provision for transfer from SOL to a regular college at University of Delhi. It is so because SOL is an institution in itself, like any other college.
You can try to migrate into some other college but you will not be granted admission if your scores in SOL exams are not very high.
The students of SOL are often looked down upon when compared to regular colleges. Your marks will be scrutinized before you are allowed to migrate to the college. Most students are turned down because that would mean an increase in the workload.
Is it hard to get admission into DU SOL?
No, it's not that difficult; you just need to fill out an admission form, which is available at SOL DU counters for a fee. Apply for admission to any program of your choice.

DU SOL has closed the admission process for the 2022-23 academic session. You are eligible to apply for admission in the MA courses if you have completed a BA program in the relevant field. The minimum mark requirement differ from one program to another.
No, you cannot get admission directly in the third year of the BA courses of DU SOL. To get admission in the BA courses of DU SOL, you must apply for admission from the first year.
