As we are under new education policy that is ccf or credit course curriculum framework which is completely new to our nation's educational system so it took time for us to get accustomed with the system but its actually helpful and effective for our future as it not only makes us understand the concepts but also to apply the concepts in the industry .

Professors and laboratory works. Also the field works required during the course
Campus is more or less well maintained and kept clean

Dislikes

The union system that has been practiced. Students union had the major political impact of the ruling party and their presence creates disturbances most of the days inside the campus
The female washroom needed to have proper locks

The laboratory and practical way of teaching along with the faculty members. The professors have been giving details of every account of the respective field . However, few professor need to take proper class and complete the huge syllabus at time. The examination routine are needed to be provided at a proper time

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is at par with the industry standard and the curriculum is set by Calcutta University. Course is well co-ordinated and attendance is also strictly maintained. There is access to a language lab which offers multimedia opportunities for a wholistic education.

In our college, the teaching infrastructure of our department of mathematics is surely quite good.
The Professors also ar highly qualified.

Dislikes

Dress code is not good, no option to take single pair of uniform

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course provided a good mix up between Pure and Applied mathematics as we are able to study C programming language and Sagemath in our DSE paper. Also we got general classes of Physics and chemistry in our first 4 semesters. But the exams are too frequent according to my opinion.

The infrastructure is very good and environment is very green and fresh as a government college.
Fees is very minimal because it is a fully government college and no attendance pressure you can pursue any professional courses.

Dislikes

Excess departments and many department are not so good just science departments are extraordinary moreover all the departments are average
No placement No internship opportunities, it's just a degree based college does not provide any extra for students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty members are great all the professors are highly qualified. almost every professor holds a PhD degree and some of the professors have their own written books. I choose b.com because I am pursuing my CA course That's why I need to do b.com for better knowledge and also for the scholarship. At Calcutta University, the exams are too tough and less time.

I think Maulana Azad college is one of the best colleges special in my subject BA POLITICAL SCIENCE HONORS, the teachers are very good and highly qualified. The environment of my college is very good. But there are some timing issues for the classes.

The faculty provides quality education. Besides that the college provides a never ending list of opportunities to do certificate courses which will enhance our skills in the real World. I am looking forward to learning a few languages like Spanish and French, the opportunities of which are also provided by the college.

I liked the behaviour of our professors.They are friendly type.
In our college there are projectors in all classroom.

My teachers suggest me to take Mathematics honours. And I also wanted to become a scientist from my childhood. I also love to do experiment. So I choose this cource. I heard that here teachers are very good. So I joined this institute. The curriculum prepares me very good to step in real world. There are no such advice to improve, all is previously improved. There are total 6 semesters in our cource. Per year 4 exams are held, 2 mid-sem exams and 2 end-sem exams i.e. all year 4exams are held. The exams are too tough and few common questions we can find.
