Thing I didn't like was the busy and hectic schedule. It restricted our participation in various other extra curricular activities and restricted us mostly to our course structure only

Fees and Financial Aid:

The tuition fees hike is a practice I'm personally not in favour of..it puts a burden on out station students as it becomes difficult for them to manage their living expenses as well as college tuition fees. Getting a seat in the hostel is another struggle for them. Amount if scholarships and financial aid is also not very widely known or discussed. Some students fail to get the benefit of it due to lack of information. The students who actually deserve it find it hard to approach the concerned authorities due to unavailablity of resources. As far as campus employment is concerned, I was a part of placement cell in first year and applied for various internships but none of them provided stipend. They hardly gave an LOR. Mostly it was just a certificate of participation

Since the fees of the course is 19530 for one year. I did not applied for any kind of scholarhsip. According to me the placements are quite good. In my course, the private schools come for placements in the campus.

The fees of DU is very economical and everyone can pay for it. But still, we have freeship scholarship for the students who are not able to pay the fees. The economical background students can fill-up the form and get themselves enrolled into it.
