The management can be a little slow and rude, although they are helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It is an annual system and not a semester system. The curriculum is rigorous and relevant. It includes all the changes that take place. Includes thorough research and discussion regarding different education policies and education curriculum. It mainly focuses on CBSE, although a comparison between different curriculums would add a lot of value.

Placement Experience :

The placement for this particular course is negligible by the placement cell. Students have to approach schools on their own or professors to contact a few schools.

College Events :

There are a lot of events that happen throughout the academic year. The importance is given to curricular as well as cultural and sports events. There are departmental fests, special workshops, talks and movie screenings. An annual cultural fest also takes place which is the highlight of the year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I did not avail of any scholarships or loans. the Scholarships provided by the college are very few although it covers the annual fee.

Campus Life :

Campus life is amazing and so green, you have lots of places to sit and eat after college or in between lectures. We have a Nescafe stall, mother dairy stall, and a cafe. Lots of societies to join and take part in competitions. Campus life: Splendid. Gender ratio: All girls college. Diversity: Excellent. We have students from all parts of India as well as other countries. Extracurricular activities: The college Dramatics Society is the best in all of Delhi University and has won multiple competitions.

Alumni/Alumna :

The best thing about LSR is the most wonderful seniors we have here. They'll always be there to help you out, answer any question you may have, lend you books, and whatever else you require.

Admission :

There are an entrance exam and counseling before getting into the college for this course. The entrance test happens in June and the rest of the procedure takes about 20 days.

Faculty :

The faculty is knowledgeable but does not have a lot of experience as school teachers, which is crucial for students of the course. This lack of experience makes it tough for them to actually help student-teachers during their internship due to challenges faced while interning in NDMC schools.

Placement Experience:

The placement record is best in LSR so far. At the end of this four-year course, everyone gets one or two job opportunities. LSR has 100 percent placement records. Top recruiting companies were-KPMG, EY, Deloitte, Brain, Citi, BCG. Consultant, Business Analyst, Risk Analyst, Content Writer, Sales and marketing, Human Resource Executive roles were offered to various students.

Placement Experience:

Starting from the first-year plenty of opportunities for internships appear for freshers. Though I had never opted for any internship that our college had offered in our program, it is compulsory to do an internship in the last year. On average around 30-40% of students get the placement with good annual packages. After the degree, I would prefer higher education.
