Likes
- The course curriculum consists of 526 objects, depending on the semester. The subjects are helpful in our on-campus placement, as they are provided by Mumbai University, which is a really great university.
- VESIT does not provide internships on its own, but there are a number of societies that can help you in obtaining internships throughout your course.
Dislikes
- Depending on the branches, for Computers/iT and Instrumentation, it is good. However, for Electronics and EXTC, the placement is unsatisfactory.
- There are scholarship facilities available at the college for students who are unable to pay the fees or are in a condition where they cannot afford it.

Placement Experience:
From fourth year you can apply for the placements with the companies eligibility criteria. Nearly 40-50% students placed in the EXTC branch and rest have other plans like pursuing masters, off campus, etc.

- Faculties knew what they were teaching. The practical knowledge was to the point
- College campus is very great to study as well as to hangout with your friends

- its a long way from my house so travelling is hectic
- some of the classes dont have AC in them
Course Curriculum Overview:
I always had an interest in electronics and wanted to pursue a career in hardware and electronics part of the industry. The curriculum here was to the point and taught me almost everything from the basics to the advanced level in this field The frequency and timing of the exam.
Likes
- Labs and systems were optimal and enough to learn and build new skills
- Good alumni base and easy to approach seniors all and all good enviornment to network
Dislikes
- Lack of sports and physical activities in campus
- Canteen food and canteen enviornment was bad
Placement Experience:
After the 5th semester students are eligible to apply and sit for placements as far as I remember the highest package given was 15 or 18LPA and the average was 5-6LPA. The placement statistics are available on the web portal of the college which is accurate. I sat for only a few core companies because of my preparing for higher studies.
Likes
- The campus is huge so all the basic amenities like wifi, canteen, xerox shop, playground, turf, indoor games room etc is available to all the students. The labs are also big and every labs have good working computers.
- The faculty teaches effectively because they posssess deep knowledge of their subjects.
Dislikes
- Some of the instruments or kits in the labs are not properly functioning
Placement Experience:
The placements are usually very good at this colleges with all the good companies like JP Morgan & Chase, Deloitte, ISS, Saint Gobain, RXO, Kotak Securities along with core companies. Recently due to recession the no of intake from each company was less compared to the placements last year. Students with good technical background get a job of 12-13 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. A fair percentage of students also go for masters in the foreign countries like USA, UK, Germany and Australia.
Likes
- Faculty and teaching staff is very good, marking scheme is balanced, topics are revised to suite market standards.
- College has good discipline record also embraces discipline around campus to make sure no student is engaged in any wrong or illegal activity
Dislikes
- Low placements and below average packages
- Not inlcusion of internships which are essential in enginnering.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements from third year although companies visiting is declining because of recession many low placements are offered to third year students compared to fourth year students. Companies like accenture, jp morgan, wipro provide most average and high packages with the highes from jp morgan was nearly 12 LPA. About 70% students getting placed, out of rest some opting for Masters and some unemployed. I will try for placements after my degree mostly off-campus for better package.
Likes
- The campus is good and pretty clean too.
- There is no ragging and the relations between juniors and seniors is good.
Dislikes
- Since it got autonomous status from academic year 2022, the placements have went down drastically.
- The faculty isnt much helpful and adequate study material is not provided by them.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The currciculum is better comparatively as being an autonomous college we have subjects that are actually needed in our job fields, and we are not learning other useless things which are not needed anywhere in near future.
Likes
- The infrastructure here is very good and clean
- The faculty are very supportive in every situation
Placement Experience:
Campus placement are available here from onwards 7th sem the placement process starts and the company's with good opportunity come here with a good package and placement process is very easy and TPO also hepls if any difficulties is been seen by any student
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placement from the 6th sem onwards. Companies such as JP Morgan, Jio, Accenture, TCS, etc visit for placements. The highest package for EXTC is around 15-20 lakhs with an average salary of 6-7 lakhs. Almost 95 percent of students are placed on Campus while the rest are placed Off-campus. I to plan for gaining skills and seek a good job with a healthy package.
Remarks:
My brother suggested me to add this is my list after allocation me and my parents visited to college to take review from students about faculties and placement after that I confirmed my admission. College is strict . Attendance is mandatory throughout the course.
Placement Experience:
Many job interviews are thereafter 4th year of engineering with probably 100% placement done! Many top companies visit for placements! Good job placement! We need to clear all the semester for the job placement
