Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus (SSTC) is one of the premier technical colleges in Chhattisgarh. The college is affiliated to Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University (CSVTU), Bhilai and managed by Shri Gangajali Education Society (SGES). It comprises of three institutions, namely, Shri Shankaracharya Group of Institutions (SSGI), Shri Shankaracharya Engineering College and Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Technology and Management (SSITM).
SSGI offers various UG and PG programs in the faculties of Engineering, Management and Computer Applications. SSTC also offers Diploma and Lateral Entry courses in various disciplines.
- The application process is online for all the programs. Candidates can register through Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Raipur website.
- The minimum eligibility for admission in B.E course is a 10+2 pass in Science stream with at least 45% marks (40% for OBC/ST/SC) along with a valid score in JEE Main or CG PET counselling.
- B.Pharm program requires a 10+2 pass with PCB as main subjects along with Chhattisgarh Pre- Pharmacy Test score (CG PPHT) followed by counselling.
- For admission in M.E, the candidates must have passed B.E/B.Tech in the relevant field and must have obtained a valid rank in GATE.
- MBA program needs a graduation degree in relevant discipline with 50% marks in aggregate. The score in CMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA or CAT is mandatory to secure a final seat.
- For admission in MCA, the candidates must be a graduate and should appear for Pre-MCA test or National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test (NIMCET). MCA integrated is also offered to the candidates.
- For Diploma courses, the candidates must have passed in 10+2 with Mathematics and Science as mandatory subjects. Final admission is offered on the basis of three-phase PPT counselling.
- The candidates should have passed B.Pharm with at least 55% marks (50% for OBC/SC/ST) along with a good GPAT score to secure admission in the M.Pharm program.
- DTE, Raipur conducts multiphase institute level counseling in online mode to grant admission in theses UG and PG courses.
- 12%, 32% and 14% of the total seats are reserved for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC classes of Chhattisgarh state. The college also reserves 30% seats for women candidates.

The 4-year B.Pharm is offered by Shri Shankaracharya group of institutions. Admissions are offered on the basis of the score of CG PPHT.

Shri Shankaracharya College of Engineering and Technology (SSCET) Application Process 2024
Candidates can apply online for all the courses by following the given steps:
- Initially, the candidates have to apply online under the “new registration” in CG DTE, Raipur.
- Once the application form is submitted, the candidates have to get their documents verified at the Document verification Center (DVC). The list of DVCs will be available on the CG DTE, Raipur official website.
Following are the documents required to be verified at the respective DVCs:
- 10th class mark sheet or Birth Certificate
- Mark sheet of qualifying examination such as 10th/12th/Graduation/Diploma/ITI as applicable.
- Scorecard of Common Entrance Tests like CG PET/JEE Main/CG PPHT/Pre-MCA/NIMCET/ PPT/ CMAT/GATE/GPAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA or NATA as applicable.
- Domicile Certificate
For candidates belonging to the reserved category have to also carry the following documents at the time of admission:
- Permanent Caste Certificate
- Certificate in support of candidates under Sainik (S) class and freedom fighter (if applicable)
- BPL and PWD certificate
The following documents are required to be produced at the time of admission:
- Income certificate for reserve category candidates
- Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate from the previous institute
- Gap Certificate (If there is gap during Studies)
- Migration Certificate (if candidate belongs to some other state board university)
- Aadhar Card
Scholarships: The institute offers the following scholarships under fee waiver schemes. The fee waiver is only applicable for B. Tech course. Post-Metric scholarship are also granted to SC/ST/SCA candidates whose parental annual income is less than INR 2, 50,000.
Reservation: 65% seats are reserved for minority classes.

Through PET exams counselling good PET score for several subjects good 12th marks with average any entrance exam result good jee scorer gets direct admission and the left of the seats were provided to those extra applicants

- Second thing would be cricketing events that i liked and loved our college conducts 3-4 events of cricket every year

for the admission you need to first clear 12th with minimum percentage of 45 and then you can give state pet test and acording to your marks a college would be allotted to you in counceling and in corona year the exam didn't happen and i got the college just by 12th percentage

- Although Central Library is very big but books are not easily accessible.
- Placement is noot so good specifically in this tine of recession

Admission process was very transparent and easy.. First you have to fill a admission form of rs 1000 and then rest process is done. Cutoff for CS was very high this year... Sudents those who given the state exam was given the first priority. There was no reservation process in the admission

Course name - BE Information Technology Eligibility of the course - Completion of 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry is compulsory subjects. Based on PET exam, OBC -27% The entrance of the exam was conducted in a sem-wise the exam was held on 1st week of October the exam was moderately difficult.

Admission was done on the basis of CGPET exam score. A minimum cutoff of rank under 4000 was the criteria. Counseling was done after the results were out, after this the admission process started. During admission, basic documentation was required after verification.

As it is private college there is not such any exams compulsorily to get admitted in this college.But yes it consider jee mains cgpet score for the admission. Applicarion form is available in the college charges about 500. In my college reservation facilities is availed by obc St sc students.Everything regarding admission process is good in college I don't think any improvement or changes is required.

A student must qualify either CG PET Or JEE for the course. Application forms are available after counselling in mid August. The application fee is 500. Application dates come late if it department makes it early it will be helpful for students.
