Candidates should have passed graduation from any recognised university.

For Full Time Regular Registration Category, candidates shortlisted on the basis of GATE Score which is valid and above the qualifying pass mark, may be selected for M Tech. programmes either on the basis of their GATE score or written test or interview or on the basis of any combination of these as declared by the individual department.

Fee Structure for M Tech. Programme

*25% tuition fee waived off for SC/ST/PwD students.

**Students who return back to their parent institution/organization after completing the course work. These students will pay the fee as given below: Tuition Fee: Rs 5000.00 + Examination Fee: Rs 1000.00 + Registration/Enrollment Fee: Rs 500.00 = Rs 6500.00

In addition, all students will be paying mess advance of Rs 20,000.00 per semester at the beginning of each semester, which will be adjusted towards actual bills at the end of each academic year.

Any such stay for less than a semester would be charged @ Rs 100.00 for each day of stay at the Institute’s Hostel.
