Ajay Kumar Garg College Engineering popularly known as AKGEC, was established in 1998 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The institute is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. To gain admission to AKGEC, candidates can either sit in JEE Main Exams and based on JEE Mains 2024 score, they can apply for admission or can take Direct Admission based on 12th score & JEE Mains Score. Through JEE Mains
- Visit https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/, apply for JEE Mains, sit in JEE Mains Examinations, wait for the results.
- Attend UPTAC counseling. Applicants have to fill in the choice at uptac.admissions.nic.in.
- Candidates have to provide their JEE Main application number and password to complete the UPTAC counseling 2023 choice filling.

I chose this college because of two reasons first This college was famous for its academics and placements. Second here no any dress culture is present you can wear any dress. I got admission throw counselling so I got admission easily .

I choose this college over others because the college have very vast campus of 40 acre and accredited with NAAAC++ (only collge in up ). I also get confirmed admission from tezpur university but the brach is civil that's why i didn't take that. The admission process is from jee mains exam and direct admission. The cutoff is nearly 1 lakh

In this college, very strictness related to discipline. Here mostly staff or higher authority are from defence. The are retired defence members. So good discipline here and study is also good but management support is less as compared to other colleges.

My first priority is Thapar University Patiala. But I am getting Cibil branch over there only . second priority is Jaypee University but they are giving me only ECE branch. Then I choose akgec here I get IT branch

Other than akgec I applied for PSIT kanpur but comparing both of them PSIT was very much expensive and its decrement in fee is also very less I got rejected for vit chennai as I was not able to clear the paper . The admission process is very simple in my college you should be eligible and must pass the interview

I didn't apply for other college because in this college because my brother and sister are previously completed from this college. This college has very good placement percentage. Admission is taken on the based of my 12th percentage for direct admission. I have given choice from IT and ECE, choose ECE because my interest.

I applied for jss, knit and IET lukhnow I didn't get those college because in jss I am not getting cs branch and knit area was not so good and for IET lukhnow my rank was not enough. For admission you can go from two ways jee mains exam where you to apply in aktu and board numbers where you can get direct admission In jee mains 85 percentile or more for cs family and for board you should have 90 percentage plus forcs family
