Applicants seeking admission at the New Horizon College of Engineering MCA will be eligible if they satisfy the following conditions:
- Completed their Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics or Statistics or Computer Science or Computer Programming or Computer Applications or Business Mathematics or Business Statistics as one of the optional or electives at Degree Level with strictly not less than 60% marks in Bachelor’s degree.

New Horizon College of Engineering MCA Admission
NHCE offers a full-time Master of Computer Applications program at the postgraduate level for a duration of two years. Admissions to the program are offered on the basis of KMAT/PGCET/MAT scores followed by a counseling session.
NHCE MCA Selection Criteria
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of KMAT/PGCET/MAT scores and the final selection will be done through state-level counseling. 50% of seats are filled through Karnataka government counseling that is done based on the score obtained in the PGCET exam held by the Karnataka Exam Authority and 50% through other exams (KMAT/MAT) or special quotas such as Management and Sports quota.

NHCE MCA: How to Apply?
- Candidates must register themselves on the website https://newhorizonindia.edu/nhengineering/admission-form/
- Candidates must have the scanned documents for registration.
- After submitting all documents, download the registration form
- PGCET/KMAT/MAT exams notifications will come out with the schedule and results from the date

New Horizon College of Engineering MCA is a 2-year course but extends to 3-year under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) which gives more advanced skills through hands-on projects and industry-based internships. I choose this course because MCA gives more value to your CV at the end of the course. There are around 10 faculty and some 90 students. Most of the faculty are currently pursuing PHD, and others are finished with masters. Every there is an internal test of 25 marks and at the end of session Semester end exam are held. These exams are easy to pass.

Its feasible compared to other colleges. For us there are different modes of payment. One is we can take the bank challan and pay or there is online payment link where we can pay through credit or debit card. So for MCA it was 1 lakh per year. There are some additional fees/charges like semester exam fees, e-resource fees and consortium fees.
