The college has good facilities for learning, and the campus environment is really good.
Our college provides better internship options for the students. Many companies provide opportunities for internships, and some of these opportunities are paid.

Dislikes

Basically, the syllabus is outdated. There is a need to change the syllabus as our education system is far behind current inventions.
All students must complete a 15-day internship during their four years of study, which they have to arrange themselves by paying a certain amount of money to companies.

The events and the participation opportunities.
The teaching and non-teaching staff are all sweet and the company and friends I found are also great.

Dislikes

Lack of activity in the town of Kothamangalam where the college is located.
Strict rules in all departments and laboratories.

Placement Experience:

The college has a good amount of placements every year and the numbers have been going up every year. Most students who study here find themselves placed by the last semester. TCS, Ion digital Cognizant are some companies that offer placements. I will mostly like to get placed first and then after working for a couple of years I might go and do my Mtech

Placements are ok in campus.Placements starts from third year. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Google, meta, and many other companies visit college.College also provide placement support cell.They will provide us training.Also internship opportunities.

As I got admission this year I did bot have that much of knowledge about placements.But there are lot of placements taking place here.I think this year thebplacements is not upto that compared to the previous years.

The course has very good scope for future. It is very intersting. The subjects are very interesting and good to study. The exmas are bot so difficult. But you should have the minimum understanding about the subjects.

College campus is very big and beautiful
Campus Life is not as expected as you think you would get in a government college but is reasonable

Dislikes

Campus hostel and private hostel are very bad and food is very poor
Management does not provide any fund and support for fests

Course Curriculum Overview:

I study mechanical engineering, and the relevance of the subject is arguable as the rise of AI is around the corner. But the subject is very interesting as much as it is hard. I would advise you to only take mechanical engineering if you have a genuine interest in the area or else you would feel bored and won't be able to score much.
