The college management needs to take into consideration placement attendance. Many people miss their regular lectures and assignments due to placement and there are no allowances for it and there are no set rules.
The college life we experienced, couldn't have been any better than this. It was a really exquisite and fun and I don't think anyone who has studied at Manipal will ever forget those 4 years of engineering.
They need to work on reducing workload time wise. The class timings are really good but there are too many exams. They should cut short on that and make less number of exams with more important questions.
Very expensive but worth living. Living there feels like living in a different country all together. Every morning that rush of fresh air on our faces amidst rain was unbelievable. A small town but with all modern facilities.
I wrote the entrance exam. Got my rank. Chose my branch ie. my rank was enough to get me a seat in mechanical( dates are given based on rank to come and choose the branch) Paid the fees on the same day. Admission done.
Manipal is the best decision i ever made in my life so far and no regrets.
