It is my dream to select the IT field so I choose the Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology. Student to faculty ratio is very good as the IT staff is enough to handle such a class size. Faculties and teaching staff are very experienced and polite. Exams are very timely and average to pass.
I chose IT because it's related to the software part in which I have interest. College is good in teaching programming and coding part practically for IT and CS students, also IT placements in this college are good . Avg 4 LPA is the placement currently in DBIT. Due to Covid 19 Placements are down lately but it can reach upto 5LPA. This college is best for IT students and engeneers who got mediocre percentile in cet or JEE mains .
First year teachers are good but as i am in IT department some teachers are rude and doesn't know concept very well and some teacher are sweet and clear our doubt very well and clear our concept but as overall teacher are not that good as per teaching as i am in second year i dont know how are teacher in later semester as i was interested in IT field thats the reason i choose this course
Curriculum wise I feel that every college is lacking as no one is up to date with the current world technology and we are to learn obsolete technologies. Because of this, student employability is reduced and companies do not come. There is a general lack of Product based companies.
Academics follows the mumbai university pattern and is sufficient for forming a very good base for future projects. The faculties are very helpful and highly skilled in their respective fields of specialization.
The course syllabus is up to date and follows the mumbai university pattern. My college has 3 industrial visits in a year and in this we are explained how industries work. The faculties are very helpful and encourage students to make new projects for the benefit of society.
The course curriculum followed by my college is same as that of mumbai university. The college focuses on academic performance a lot and all the faculties are very helpful and skilled in their respective fields.
I am currently pursuing IT engineering, the curriculum is nearly same as CS. The first year is same for all and from 2nd year onwards core subjects start to rise loke DSA, etc. We need to submit assignments, experiments on time but its really helpful once you dive into core subjects. The faculties here are very experienced and friendly.
Course curriculum was good it helped me to understand the subject, think about that, develop and build things related to that subject. Real life based practical were performed which help us to made understand about Real world situation.
In my college there are four course mechanical, extc, IT, COMPS each of these courses teach by professionals. There's a lot of curricular activities going in the campus. Faculty members are very good polite and helpful
