In this collage placement is held in off campus and on campus.Highest Ece placement in off campus is 15Lpa and average package is 6-7Lpa. And highest placement of collage is 64 Lpa (off-campus) and last year higher placement is 17Lpa in Electrical engineering.

- Campus of BIET jhansi is very close to nature.You have fresh air to breath
- The infrastructure is decent. lab equipments of specifically electronics branch are in working conditions
Dislikes
- Infrastructure needs improvement. Hostels here are in poor condition and in chemical department there is no lab equipments to perform

Placement here are available but they are not like huge amount they are decent package of 6 to 10 lakh per annum.students here generally prefer higher education.the student that are getting placed here are of basically computer science and electronics and communication branch and obviously placement depends on a student how he studies

- college is eco-friendly and its area is approx 260 acre.

- food of mess is very bad especially in night.
- Infrastructure of college is not too good.

From seventh semester students will be eligible for campus placements. its average package package is approx 6lpa for cse,it and ece. Students of core branches prepare for competitive exams like gate. placement percentages is approx 80%

- Our college has one incubation centre where more than 50 startups have been incubated. And many students have also incubated their startups in Innovation and Incubation Cell of our college. It has created a startup ecosystem which motivates the stude
- Our college has various technical clubs also like the Drone Leader's Club, The Mercenary Motorsports Clubs and various coding clubs also. These clubs prepare students ready for placement and instill handson experience with these technologies in respe
Dislikes
- The college also has a sports culture which has a greater popularity among students than those of technical clubs. They treat sports as the most important thing in the college and ignore the rest clubs as they meant nothing which is not good for clg.
- The faculty marking is very tough they don't give numbers to the students. We have to fight for every marks in our branch. Futher the curriculum is also very old. They don't give much importance to the technical clubs also and see them as wasteoftime
Placement Experience:
This year our college has a average placements. This is primarily due to recession. But students of this college have been placed off campus in big tech giants like GOOGLE, MICROSOFT,? CADENCE, L&Ts etc. The students of core branches like Civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering have good placement than other branches. Last year almost all the students of mechanical got placed. Highest package was given by CADENCE of 15LPA, followed by HLS asia 11 LPA, L&T 6 LPAetc. The plax My plan after degree is to go for masters in any IIT so that I get a boost in my career.

- Teacher are not supportive and their teaching method is not so good.
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester, students are eligible to sit in placements. Cadence, LnT, HLS Asia , TCS, sales companies- planetspark, academor, yhills etc visited and give good offers . Core and tech both opportunities are available. Last year around 200+ offers given to students. Highest package is 17 lakh and average package is 6 lakh. Percentage criteria generally above than 65% and no backlog.

- A large campus area of about 320 acres having a big central playground, a multipurpose hall and enough hostels for girls and boys seperate.The college is surrounded by lush green environment making it a healthy place to study.
- Attendance is not an issue in this college. flexible timings for class. Less lectures as compared to other private engineering colleges.Students get enough time to prepare for other competitive exams and can explore their own interests.
Dislikes
- Faculty is not supportive . Students have to manage everything by themselves. Th faculty does not teaches well but the assignments and ppts given by the professors are enough for clearing th class tests as well as semester exams.
- The condition of hostels is not good . They have not been renovated for many years.
Placement Experience:
Campus placements are not good . As I have mentioned above that a very few companies visit the campus for placements because the faculty is not supportive . Companies like L&T , Planet Spark , instant systems, impledge etc. come for placements . Highest package offered was 10 LPA this year. And average package was 5 LPA.

- I like the way every faculty coordinate with student in Hindi language. they teach subject in Hinglish
- Sport and Culture activities are very good. regularly inter branch comptetition organized.
Dislikes
- lack of drinking water is big problem in college, student regularly purchase water from third party for drink.
- average package is only 5-6 LPA, which is not sufficient for normal people.
Placement Experience:
after 6 semester, campus placement became start. many company like byju,PW,wipro,tcs and jio comes to college except big giants like MAANG. highest package is 64 LPA offcampus in google recently in 2022. most of the student preparing for gate and government exams.

- I liked the hostel environment and infrastructure of the college.
- The college library and sports clubs and playground is also good considering 3rd tier college.
Dislikes
- The management system of college is not praisable.
- The faculty and the rules are not fully applied so students get crushed under them.
Placement Experience:
The placements of college is maximum in sales companies. For the core branches mechanical and civil only 3-4 companies visit college but there is good placement in CS branch and average package is 4-5 lpa . Maximum package offered by for the core company in mechanical is HLS from 12-16 lpa.and also in other branches it varies between 4 lpa to 16 lpa

Only final year students are eligible for placement drives. On campus highest package is 16LPA by a electrical student (2024 batch) and three mechanical students. L&T is mass recruitor for the core students. On average 60 percent students get placed on campus. Some students opts for higher studies and go for GATE and CAT exams.

- IES has a better placement record as compared to the other colleges.
- It is also located in the capital city of U.P.
JSS Noida:
- JSS is affiliated to UPTU. Most students from this institute get placed due to its good location.
- In the Delhi NCR region, JSS is a reputed private college.
- The highest CTC offered at JSS is almost the same as IET.
If you have a choice between the two then go for IET Lucknow since It is a government college located in a prime location with an affordable fee structure. According to placements, the ranking order of the institute will be JSS Noida > IET > KNIT Sultanpur > BIET Jhansi.
How is IET Lucknow, KNIT Sultanpur & BIET Jhansi in terms of placement for MCA students?
The placement scenario for MCA is not considered as good as it is for B.Tech students in KNIT Sultanpur. The thing that matters the most is your consistency in working during MCA.
My brother has recently graduated from IET and based on his experience, I can suggest you a few points:
- In IET Lucknow, MCA student sits with B.Tech students for the placements. It becomes important to see how better you are when compared to the skills of B.Tech students.
- As compared to the other two, IET Lucknow is the best as it had more exposure because of its city. The city gives you better options for training.
- It is near AKTU, so if there are any new updates, you get the information early. Of all the colleges affiliated with AKTU, IET is ranked No. 1. It is an autonomous college as well.
It is important to acknowledge that MCA placements are in no comparison with that of B.Tech but still it gives better exposure as compared to any Government College. BIET Jhansi does not offer MCA, so there’s no comparison with it.
