Aspirants seeking admission to 4 year Full-time B.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Candidate must have clearly passed without grace, intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University; securing minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST Category candidates) without grace in required subject combination of two compulsory subjects and one optional subject as prescribed by GBTU Lucknow and MTU Noida.

Likes

I liked the hostel environment and infrastructure of the college.
The college library and sports clubs and playground is also good considering 3rd tier college.

Dislikes

The management system of college is not praisable.
The faculty and the rules are not fully applied so students get crushed under them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

College curriculum includes many activities in BTech. Curriculum of this course includes many activities such as leadership development, personality development and others seminars and practices were held.Exams are average level and there is two semesters in one year and every sem has one final exam and 2 internals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Mechanical engineering because I have a lot of interest in this field that how the engine works and all these kinds of things. There is around a 10:1 faculty: student ratio. Faculties are very good and highly qualified, they have enough knowledge in their respective fields. We have to give our exams per semester ( two times a year ), and exams are quite difficult but having good faculties, the branch has above 80% pass percentage.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams were held timely, yes copies checking can be improved, as they deduct marks on everything, also the passing marks are 40 out of 100.All teachers are well qualified, holding post-graduation degrees from various iits, nits, and present in 25:1 ratio when compared to students. the gender ratio is a thing that needs improvement, but overall it's good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college is autonomous and follows AICTE Curriculum which is apparently updated from time to time. There is a provision of completing summer training/internships at the end of each year, college does not provide the internships but helps students in getting them. The faculties are best in mechanical engineering department especially AK Padap Sir as his way of teaching is amazing. The faculties of other departments are also nice.

1998 was the first batch of VTU - Visvewariah Technological university, and fees were in sync with all across Karnataka. Once a student cracks the CET exams, based on his ranking received, he would be invited to select the seat. and post his selection, he/she had to approach college with fee of 5590.00 INR and get admitted in college.

Every sem have two class test. The semester system is a very proactive system as it engages both the faculty and the students throughout the year in academic activity. Semester system not only involves students more throughout the year but also reduces examination burden.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Since it was government college of UPTU, it was financially aided by UP Government. But now it has become autonomus college. That time fee structure was feasible with scholarship to students whose parents' income is less than 2 lacs per annum. Also mess fess was only around 10,000 per annum.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

It is an affordable institute. A middle class family can afford it. The expenses are not as high as compared to IIT's becuase it is situated in Ja small city, city of no malls or multiplexes where you can spend your money in the name of recreation. Still the govt, provides scholarship for the students who are from a poor background. For general candidates, the fees, including hostel is 69k+24k for my branch.
