Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete a bachelor's degree or the recognized equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Students hold a satisfactory scholastic average, usually a minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) on a 4.0 scale.

- Programming exposure and aptitude.

- Programming Competency Statement: Each applicant must submit a Programming Competency Statement. This statement is not a form; it is a document each applicant creates, similar to a resumé. It should list your programming language(s), describe specifically your level of proficiency, and include a brief description of relevant programming courses completed.
- ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
