- A very big course, plenty of opportunities to do part time. Hundreds of professors, thousands of positions and a lot of scores for assistantships.,
- A good campus, cheap housing, lots to do. Reputed university.,
- Good reputation, helpful people, good student community
- Dislikes:
- It is too cold and weather becomes extreme,
- It becomes a ghost town during breaks like winter.,
- Commute is from the airport. Chicago is 3 hours away
Course Curriculum:
I had to finish 32 credits and one of the best parts was there were no required courses. Curriculum was very flexible and the courses have learned not only technical skills but also people skills like presenting to people, researching etc. The faculty student ratio is a good 1:30
Fees:
I did an inward remittance from India and paid the fees directly, we can also use flywire. I was lucky enough to get funding for my 2nd and 3rd semester where I got my Teaching Assistantships which helped me with my tuition and living expenses.
Course Curriculum:
Good Curriculum and variety of courses. Opportunities for research with faculty.
Fees:
Tuition fee: Around 60L
