- The MS Agricultural and Applied Economics Professional Option (MSPO) program is a full-time professional master’s program designed to meet the growing private sector demand for quantitatively-skilled analysts and managers.
- Students will be well prepared to enter the professional workforce in both the US and abroad in data-intensive and quantitatively focused jobs in economic consulting, businesses, agribusinesses, non-profit organizations focused on the development and governmental sectors.
- The MSPO is a STEM-designated program that allows graduates to apply for the Occupational Practical Training (OPT) STEM extension to work in the U.S. an additional 24 months following graduation (3 years total).

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have an equivalent bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- GPA of 3.0/4.0 [B+ Grade] is required.
English Language proficiency:
- Applicants from India, China, Vietnam, Philippines, and Pakistan should note that IELTS is the only proficiency score accepted by the Study Direct Stream (SDS) program.
- Students must qualify IELTS or TOEFL test scores.
Submission of GRE scores is compulsory for this program, however, it is recommended to submit a minimum 292 score for a better chance of admission.
