The Placement plans of the college are good enough as per the investment taken. The average package of 12 LPA and the highest was in the range of 25 LPA. The college gave its best in getting the best for the college students.
The summer internship process begins in the second month of the first year. The final placement starts in Term 5 of the second year. Companies such as ICICI, HSBC, Aditya Birla Capital, Morgan Stanley Capital Investment, BNY Melon, Nestlé, L'oreal, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG etc visit the campus.
The course curriculum is good here. The average faculty:student is 1:15. Most of the faculty are highly qualified i.e PHDs & the case based teaching methodology is adapted here. Regarding the exams in subjects; all subjects have end term(ET) exam at the end of the trimester along with bi-weekly or tri-weekly quizzes & some subjects also have MT exam. If you're attentive in the class & revise them timely; you can do well in the exams.
XIMB is well known for its placement records. It provides 100 percent placement to its students every year. The highest package (International) was 58 lakh rupees and for domestic, it was 28 lakh rupees. The average package in 2020 was 15.4 lakh rupees. All the big companies come during the placement process. Some well-known companies like Delloite, Infosys, Emami, Godrej, TCS, Tata steel, etc. Each student at least gets 2-3 offers during his/her final placement.
