IIM Sambalpur Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

IIM Sambalpur has a strong track record in placements, achieving 100% placement for students in both final and summer internships. In the 2022 placement drive, over 140 companies participated, including major recruiters like Deloitte, EY, Vedanta, Amul, Accenture, Capgemini, and Cognizant. The highest salary package recorded was INR 27 LPA, while the average was around INR 13 LPA. For summer internships, more than 110 recruiters offered roles, with a maximum stipend of INR 3.5 lakhs per month and an average stipend of INR 61.59 K per month.

Key recruiters for internships included ICICI Bank, Google, and TCS. The placement process begins in the second semester for summer internships and the fourth semester for final placements. Students are eligible for internships after the first semester, with the process starting in October. The placement committee actively supports students, ensuring diverse opportunities across various sectors such as BFSI, FMCG, and IT/ITES.
