IIIT Sri City BTech Admission 2024 is expected to start in June- July 2024, based on the JEE Mains score. The applications for JEE Mains (Session II) are open. The last date to register for the same is March 2, 2024. JEE Mains (Session II) examinations will be conducted from April 1 to April 15, 2024. The results will be announced on April 25, 2024.

IIIT Sri City BTech Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have achieved success in the 10+2 from a reputable board.
Candidates from the SC/ST category will have their eligibility requirements relaxed by 10% in terms of marks.
For candidates to get admitted to the B.Tech programme, they must also pass the JEE Main.

IIIT Sri City BTech Admission 2024

The institute offers B.Tech. program admissions based on JEE Main scores. Candidates have to appear for the counselling round which is conducted by JoSAA. After all the rounds of JoSAA (rounds 1-6) are out, CSAB counselling takes place. CSAB releases 2 special rounds of seat allotment for IIIT Sri City BTech admissions 2024. The BTech admissions process entails:

1. Completing and submitting the admission form that the institute provides within the allotted period.

2. To continue with the admissions process, candidates must take the JEE MAIN.

3. Candidates should meet the cut-off standards, which can be found on the admission exam or the institute's official website.

Things I like the most is the quality of mess food which is maintained nice.
Playing grounds are very big and sports opportunities and demanding ones.

Hostel rooms are not that much good because it is under construction.
Library is not having that much adequate books for students and also not containing AC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specification that made me take this college is due to their academic curriculum. The whole academic year is well planned and maintained in discipline by the faculty members and students. The curriculum covers all the requirements that should be fulfilled by the students for their future perspective. The area of improvement in my point of view is the teaching sector which is quite fast. The exams are scheduled for month-wise and semester papers have their own difficulty level which is enthusiastic. Exams are conducted on time and all the students follow it strictly.

A short and crisp review of Iiit sricity.

Faculty are well educated, supported, cooperative, freindly, some are too strict, some are chill.
All nontech and tech club are actively present.tech clubs include gdsc,iota,epoch,matrix and gradient abd nob tech club onclude music and dance.

Placement and intership for ece student is minimal in core field.
Junior and senior interaction is too less.branch change option not applicable.

The key aspect of this ECE course is evergreen, you have equal oppurtunities in hardware and software.These curriculum get fundamental idea about working of circuit, design digital and analog signal,importance of embedded system used in nearly all electronic gadgets, science behind electromagnetic and transmission lines. Improvement in teaching method:1 lab staff has lac of knowledge.

The inclusion of core subjects essential to the field of information technology such as programming languages, and algorithms, and ensures a solid foundation in the discipline. Hands-on learning opportunities including lab sessions, and projects, provide valuable practical experience and skill development necessary for real world applications. Regularly updating course content to reflect emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in the field ensures that students are learning the most relevant and up-to-date information. Exams are spaced out evenly throughout the semester to allow the students sufficient time to study and prepare. Exams will challenge students while also allowing them to demonstrate their understanding of the course material.

Come for academics , don't bother about infrastructure

Sports facilities are limited in the colleger

Brief review on IIIT Sricity

The management of our college is really good they will solve any issue ASAP after we rise a query.
We can participate as many clubs as possible. Both in Technical and Non technical clubs

The attendence percentage in this sem is 75% but in our last sem it was 85% and not sure it'll stay the same or change in next sem.
The culturals are not so much fun as there are not much less people attending.

First of all I would like to mention that I took this college because of it's curriculam as it's mostly stright forward and we don't have any unwanted subects like chemistry and physics.We mostly have domain related courses.If, I would tell a unwanted subject it would be math only but it's fine. Basically we follow IIITH curriculum.which is really good

The curriculum we follow is off IIIT HYDERABAD. Subjects which are not related to computers or electronics such as physics, chemistry etc are not available. It focuses on thr course we take. There are 5 subjects each sem and 5 different teachers along with assistants for each section. The faculty is well trained and got PhD in top IIT's, NIT's and few from out of India. The syllabus is divided into 3 parts and we have 3 exams per sem with no unit repeating which makes it easier. Grading is relatively so each student gets decent marks. The number of assignments can be reduced and slides which are displayed in the class can be provided next day it self.

Unraveling the truths of IIIT Sricity

Social interaction and peer group. The senior junior interaction is very healthy and it's always positive to have good connections.
Technical clubs : The students can participate in as many technical clubs as they want . They can give and interview to become its core member or the leads too.

I did not like the attandance policy which stands at 75% . The students must be given an option to attend or not attend , as I feel sometimes we learn more outside the class .

Our course curriculum is similar to that of IIIT Hyderabad. There are a few courses , I would say 5 out of 10 , which does have high industry relevance, which according to me is a pretty good number .

College is great but few adjustments need to be made.

Curriculum that college is maintaining, which is wasteless at no point.

No girls hostel bulit yet which is restricting us to time constraints and few healthy restrictions

Curriculum straightly focuses on carrer building. Not just focuses on technical skill development but also on personality development. Qualified permanent faculty teaches technical courses, while coming to personality development, teachers might be permanent are visiting.

Mind Changer

Hostel facility and there is no end sem exams finally that was the main thing that we like most.
Curriculum, academic courses in 1st year is good as there are no physics, chemistry subjects. and no other trash subjects.

Infrastructure is just ok but one thing class rooms are nice with centralized AC's and step wise benches
Play grounds ,campus life is not that much good, don't expect girls as there are no civil, mechanical groups.

The curriculum prepares you very challenging and competitive in this present and future real world. The faculty here in this college is so good and perfect. They have done their ph.D in some IITs and some other foreign universities. They teach very well and wonderful way. They will make sure that the student can understand the respective course or not. I am saying real. The timing of exams is held once a month. That will be somewhat happy. You can get easily nearly 8 cgpa in this college if you are an average student. The difficulty of exams is somewhat hard. The questions they ask in exams will be tough and easy.

IIIT SRICITY review [ all things mentioned fairly]

Classrooms are ac facilitated, classes are very huge, library is very useful
Everything about the college is not good, so don’t expect much.

No good infrastructure from the past decade, no separate dance room.
The girls to boy ratio is very low this is very bad news for the students who come from boys hostel so keep it in mind.

The course curriculum can be defined as modern and adept to the current working opportunities available in real world. The primary objective of any curriculum should be to not only teach the concepts of computer science but also to prepare students for the real world, by teaching them to adapt to deadlines, solve a challenging endeavor through self learning and such. IIITS curriculum has exams at a very frequent rate both term exams and quizzes to constantly asses the passive learning of students, while grading it against their peers.
