SRM University Sonepat Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

so i my course is full of knowlege i must say, and according to subjects and curriculum all are updated, some subjects are not updated like the c++ and C language subjects these subjects need to be updated in my time

In 4th semester of Bsc mathematics we had given chance to appear in campus placement trail, there came 2 companies Byjus and Digiversal, and 2 students got selected in both of them. package for Byjus is 600000 and for digiversal were 500000, and my plans after getting bsc mathematics degree is that i can persue msc mathematics

The techy feel that I have from the childhood and some good interest in computers and development makes me to choose this course and the best part is this course is fully revolves around computer. The timing of exams are not pretty well as they have to give time to students for their personal development too.

in the University, the third year students are eligible for the placements companies such as I B,M and Lava visited the University highest package by the college is. I think 50 lakhs in the average package is seven lakh Aman 190 295% of the student got placed by this university if I didn't placement, then my plan is to do a business.

The course is pretty basic as the difficulty level is pretty low and the course subject are also very basich for 1st year but the specialization subjects are taught from 2nd year in which we learn many new things which I am hoping to be useful. There is many more assessment in which public speaking and presentation skills are improved. Along with that there is a subject for professional skills in which all the professional skills required are taught which I think will be helpful in the corporate world.

All the students eligible for placements shall register with the training and placement office at the end of the 6th semester as per the annexure. Companies visited in University are Microsoft, google , Amazon, ibm, hcl ,tcs etc

The placements are average various comapny come to take interview it totally depends on yourself how good you are and how prepared one is for the interview placements are okay and we are given internship at the end too

Course and co corricular schedule is great. Having good experience. Reviews and crowd are great. Teaching methods would include practical and experiencial learning , through presentation and ppts, internships,etc.

I choose btech cse because i had the enthusiasm for computers and gaming. So when I researched for it i got to kbow about this field. In first year we don't study about computers but till know the course is going good and since the specialisation is hard so we get no time in college the way college life is oftentimes referred. We have classes from 9-5 and a hour of break and many of my seniors told me that form next year either you won't have lunch break or you will be called Saturdays too. Which is too much hectic according to me

Students are eligible for placements after 6th semester but you have to have a 0 backlog in the 6th semester. Few start-ups and service based company come for placements. Average package is 2-3 LPA students getting placement is very less. My plan after degree is to do job.
