Course Details
MAKAUT BCA Admission 2024 will be open as soon as applications for CET 2024 are out. MAKAUT CET Exam 2024 is expected to be held in June 2024 at the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology in West Bengal. MAKAUT CET application form 2024 will be made available in March. MAKAUT BCA Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be qualified with the following :
- The basic eligibility criteria are merit-based with at least 50% in the respective subjects.
- MAKUT accepts 10 + 2 examinations as a qualifying exam for the admission
MAKAUT BCA Admission Criteria
- 12th pass from a recognized Board with a minimum of 50% marks in the subjects is required for admission to the UGC programs.
- Admissions to the BCA is based on the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the university.
- There are two ways for submitting application forms, online and offline modes to various programs.

The main aspect that influenced me to persue this course was programming and core knowledge about computers. The curriculum does make students industry or job ready. The curriculum must include some industry level projects or training to make the students job ready. The frequency of exams are too high. But the difficulty is average.

The Course Subjects Are Easy Too Understand And The Syllabus is Not So Big. Also There Are Only 5 Subjects On Every Semister This Is Easy Compared To The Others Courses. The Time To Preperation Of Every Semister Is too short except 1 st Semister. And The Labs Class in 1st Semister Is too Late to Start and is Not have enough classes To practice Every Program In Lab.

My course is a very intriguing and interesting course and standing on today it is completely relevant with the market too. Beside the college have track record of providing good placements makes it more better. The curriculum is very updated and have no scope of improvement too.

I have chosen Bca as my undergraduate degree because I have a keen interest in development and how it works. I took commerce in my class 11&12 so I was not eligible for Btech so I choose Bca which provides same knowledge.

I choose this course because of the placement and study structure I've known this far... Also my elder sister was a pass out student of this college... Hence my parents told me to go to this college. Only improvement required is that there should a minimum and proper gap between exams...so that students can prepare well.

- I really liked the ambience and nature of our faculty members towards the students. They really help us on many aspects in our studies. There teaching methods, knowledge about respective subjects are overwhelming.
- The college has regular industry talks and visits where people from various walks of life come and share their experience with us which eventually benefits us. There are several alumni talks which teach us how to prepare for placements.

I have chosen BCA(bachelor in computer application) as it deals with the application based only in computer which is domain of interest. Our college has also made the curriculum in such a way that we can be ready to tackle real-time projects.

- First thing that I dislike is the arranging of any events on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Second thing that I dislike is that getting in college within 09:15 a.m where as the clg starts from 09:30 a.m
Course Curriculum Overview:
Arranging of hack-a-thon which improves the skills of the students.. They also arrange workshop which also improves the skills of any freshers . Arranging of workshops is providing us to grow our skills which definately set us apart from other and we get more close to get an opportunity in the co operate sector. Mid semester timing is of 1hrs which is of 30 marks and final semester is of 3hrs since it is of 100 marks. The areas for improvements in the course curriculum and teaching methods are setting up of exams dates not so close atleast minimum time to study.
