Iem has one of the best placement cell in kolkata.
Faculties are well qualified and are always helpful towards there students.

We have to wear college uniform which feels like we are still in school.
There is no group to play any outdoor sports except basketball.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have chosen Bca as my undergraduate degree because I have a keen interest in development and how it works. I took commerce in my class 11&12 so I was not eligible for Btech so I choose Bca which provides same knowledge.

Class Size : 75Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Total fees of our bca course is ?360000. Per semester fees is ?60000. College provide scholarship facility. Scholarship are give to students who have low family income or students who have lost there family member

Campus Life :

College has many anual and technical festivals. And along with that they also have atleast 2 sports event in a semester like ashram cup, freedom cup etc. All the events and social media platform of iem are managed by students and are passed to there junior every year to maintain there group.

Admission :

My first preference was Iem only and I have got confirmed admission since I have scored 91% in my class 12th. Our college takes an computer based enterance test which was conducted in the campus and that exam is compulsory for all.

Faculty :

In one semester we have total 3 exams 2 midsem which are of 30 marks and 1final exam(There are also lab examination in the same order). Faculty and student have a good relationship all the faculty member are helpful and always try to solve students doubts.

Entrance Preview:

I did not appear for any entrance exam. I opted for BCA because i like computer very much and wanted to do something oriented to it.

Admission:

I went to techno india main branch, which is residing at saltlake city, kolkata. There i have taken the admission by depositing the admission fee. And at that time there were some cut off percentage for this course. So, according to the marks and seat availability they suggested me the college MSIT.

Remarks:
