Total fees is 107000/year in which 7000 is examination fee, this is just your tution and examination fee, other than that while taking admission you have to pay 10000 as refundable security money, 1000 while filling form and 5000 non refundable registration charge, and in last sem have to pay extra 3000 for convocations, you can get concession in fee if you are a sportperson or having any financial issue and if your guardian is in faculty u can get huge amount of fee concession, there are 3-4 hostel ranging from 25k to 65k per year (Ac/nonAc) each hostel has their own mess and if u r in hostel you have to join any of the mess it's compulsory.Mess charge is 3500 for veg and 4000 for non veg.no scholarship provided by college, last sem fee is pointless because u just pay full fee and goes for 4 month internship on your own cost , college didn't pay any service and they don't help in finding internship you have to do this by your own.

The course in which I am enrolled is B.Tech Biotechnology and my course fee per year is Rs. 1,30,670 (Rs. 65,335 per semester). The actual amount for this course is Rs. 77,000 per semester but after 20% concession it has been reduced to Rs. 65,335 which includes my examination fee of Rs. 3500 and also other extra compulsory charges are included in the fees. There are some of my batchmates who pay a very little amount of money as their fee because of some qouta and I don't exactly remember the amount they pay.

Yes, SHUATS provides scholarships for OBC students pursuing B.Sc Agriculture. However, you will need to be from UP, to avail of the scholarships. Your family income also needs to be less than two to three lakhs. U.P Govt. also offers scholarships to eligible students. Other than that, the university offers fee concessions. But to get it, you will need to have connections.
