A lot of diverse peoples from different parts of india take admission in my college that allows me to interact with them and know about their lifestyle,language and culture that enhances my social interactions and communication skills also.
unnecessarily many minors and majors exam are not conducted in my college only mid and end sem exam are conducted each semester

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not very good but it is tolerable
There is not relative grading in all courses

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

the structure is divided into three categories ...first of all bracket of those students with family income less than 1 lakh comes and they are given 100% waiver on their tuition fees and then comes bracket of those students with family income between 1 and 5 lakhs and given waiver of 2/3rd of tuition fees and then comes those with family income greater than 5 lakhs and have to pay the complete tuition fees.scholarships are available for those students that belong to UP and have passed thier matriculation in UP.Other scholarships are also given to meritorious students and many campus employment opportunities are available as an intern you can earn.

Placement : NIT Allahabad is known for its placement .the avg package for BTech students is around 16 LPA , and for CSE it is about 26 LPA , and percentage placement is also better than many new IITs and most of the NITs .
Faculty : faculties of this college are well educated and have a good knowledge about their subject and branch . Teachers are very helpful and they help in making projects very friendly.

Dislikes

Campus life : Campus life of the college is not too good as expected from the colleges of national importance boys are not allowed to visit whole campus
Infrastructure : As this college is old so its infrastructure is as good as many new NITs and IITs it has old infrastructure .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The per semester fee of the college is about 98000 rs. There is a 100% fee deduction for SC, ST, and OBC/GENERAL (family income less than 100000 ) students, a two-thirds fee reduction for OBC/GENERAL (family income less than 500000 ) students. Many scholarships are also provided to the students based on their Category, Family income, and Academic performance.

I loved my MNNIT Allahabad.The Professors were very Humble, knowledgeable, and the campus was vibrant with lots of activities including many club. The labs and library were well-equipped. Social life was amazing, with friendly senior andmany events.
At MNNIT Allahabad,Placement is strong with good support of our Tpo, they work very hard so that each and everybody is Placed.In our college many big company like Google,Apple,Microsoft and consultancy firms like Accenture, core companylike Mahindra

Dislikes

The only thing which i Dislike about is the Poor Infrastructure for 2nd year only because after that you shift to Malviya which is new hostel and also 1st year hostel SVBH is also very good so Patel hostel need to improve
One thing also is the restriction of girls timing in Hostel is 10 p.m, which is very bad in our college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The tuition fee is the same for all 4 years; our college fee per semester is 112000, including all the expenses of the hostel and mess fee. As I belong to the below one lakh category, I have a 100%fee waved so I have to just pay the hostel and mess fee, The Mess fee is 25000 a semester which is very ok with the quality of food, Those who became top in 5% of the batch also got 5000rs per semester.

At mnnit allahabd the things i liked most are their library seatings in normal days library opens from 9 am to 9 pm and in exam days it is 9 am to 12 pm

Dislikes

I mostly used disliked their assignment system which is given every week
Anoither thing is their 75% criteria which is useless

Tuition is depent on the family income of the students.If it is less than 100000 pa then the fee will be 31000 per semester and 1 to 5 lac then fee will be 57000 per semester and greater than 5 lac then it will be 95000 per semester and the mess fee will be 25000 per semester. Many scholarship available for the students depent on there category.

A very strong alumini network helps in getting opportunities to the students easily .

Dislikes

Fests are of poor quality and not adequate funds are given to the students and the organizing teams.
Very small campus as compared to other colleges.

The college runs a program called Anokhi Pahel which aims to teach unprivileged children.

Dislikes

The campus area of the institution is very small compared to other institutes.
The institute infrastructure is poorly designed and poorly maintained.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Fee structure runs same throughout your program. One of my friend who was applying for scholarship has to wait for weeks to get his documents approved by the dean academics. It took him almost a month to register successfully for the scholarship.

I didn't avail any reservation so I was not eligible for any kind of scholarships. Also my fees was more compared to the students who holds reservation. My fees was around 118000 for one semester. For the fees of whole course you can multiply it by 8 as we have 8semesters in total. The students holding the reservation are eligible for the scholarships. They generally get scholarship once per semester or maybe once per year

The College infrastructure is commendable.Although some areas of the college are sort of old but the recent development of the new boys hostel and undergoing development of the new student activity centre is really gonna be a great spot for students
The New Education Policy has been implemented by the college that provides students with a much more Practical Engineering Applications and letting them study course specific materials.This way student is able to excel in his/her field of interest

Dislikes

The College is placement driven with not much attention to the entrepreneurship culture.The institute does fund some ideas with money but does not have necessary environment to promote startup culture
The College cultural environment is not highly graded. There are cultural committees for arts,music,dramatics etc but funding for such activities is not very much.The Cultural and technical fest have been merged which causes time management issue.

The tuition fees usually changes once in three years by an amount approximately 15000(for students greater than 5 lakh income).The fees structure is different according to different annual income of family. For income greater than 5 lakh per year the overall fees including hostel fees is 93500. For income between 1 lakh and 5 lakh the overall fees is 51833 and for students below 1 lakh or students belonging to SC/ST/PWD the fees is 31000. Several state and central scholarship are provided to students based on their academic performance their economic status and the category they belong.Campus roles and stipends are provided to students pursuing M.Tech or P.hd in the college

The students at MNNIT are bright minded, its amazing to have such good people as your peer group, helps me to push myself everyday.
The infrastructure here is okay. We have air conditioned class rooms, RO water coolers are installed at various places at campus recently, In boy's hostel quality and taste of mess food is average, like food is edible, also good electricity and water

Dislikes

The professors of Mechanical and Civil Eng. department are very strict. They don't do lenient marking, so scoring good marks is difficult in civil and mechanical branch.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Talking about fees its around 2,12,000 INR per semester for B.Tech, general category, the tuition fee is 62500 INR(no hikes in past 10 years) + 12,000 INR hostel fee+ 19000 INR institute fee + 25000 INR Mess fee. For SC/ST/pwd students the total fee is 56,000 INR( tuition fee component is exempted), also students whom family income between 1-5 lakhs their fee is 75000 INR per semester. The scholarships are provided by State government as well as Central government , one has to fill the form on their website, also private scholarships are provided by institutions and other brands. The mess fee had seen a hike of 10,000 INR in last year.

There are a number of scholarship programs available for you at MNNIT Allahabad. Check out the following and their details below.

NSP (National Scholarship): This scholarship is provided by the govt. of India. You can fill the form online at their official website and then get it verified at Dean Student Welfare. This is open to all students and you can easily apply in the first year itself and it gets renewed every year.
State Scholarships: Many state governments provide scholarships to students pursuing any technical course like B tech. It all depends on which state you belong to. The scholarship by UP govt. is the most popular one at MNNIT. Besides MP, Rajasthan is also an example. State scholarship for students from Bihar is available online on the NSP portal.
Student welfare of MNNIT provides scholarships to meritorious students each year. You don’t need to surpass any income level to avail this scholarship. It is given to the top 10% of students of each branch considering their CPI. For first years or fresher's, JEE main rank is the criteria. For this, you are supposed to have a general rank <4000 or around.
Student Welfare of MNNIT also provides scholarships if you do not possess good financial conditions. To avail of this scholarship, you need to prove with an income certificate stating less than a lakh per year. You should also have a CPI greater than 7.5. This scholarship amounts to about 20,000 rupees.
Students from JNVs have special scholarships for them. ‘Samsung' provides scholarships, especially for Navodayans.
CSS or Central Sector Scholarship is provided to SC/ST students.
‘Schneider Electric' provides scholarships to 2nd-year students of Electrical Engg and ECE. You need to provide an income certificate of less than 2 lakh. This one is based on your application form and online interview followed by a telephone interview.
