Likes
- I like the coding culture that is in my college is excellent.
- Placement oppurtunity given by vit is very good where every student is guarenteed to get atleast one job in hand when leaving the campus.
Dislikes
- The worst thing are the PDA guards a guy and girl can't walk sit together according to the college too conservative.
- Worst part is we have to change class for every for every period like 45minutes

Placement Experience:
From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements The companies visited are many like wipro, Deloitte, TCS etc the number of offers made are available on their website itself you can check it out there. The highest package was 1.3 Cr per annum average is around 6LPA I am not sure about the Statistics, it is available in the website I want to get a job from placement.

- The faculty is really good and they encourage you to take part in extra curricular

- The college is over crowded especially in computer science
- There is some language barrier in the town of Vellore if you are a North Indian
Placement Experience:
From 5th Semester companies start approaching for summer internships before final year and then companies come throughout 7-8 semester for normal placements. There are around 500+ companies that visit including the Big 4 and IT sector giants. So there are plenty of opportunities available. Many startups also visit. There is 100% placement. The Highest packages goes beyond 40lpa. My plans are to sit for placements and work for 2 years and then go for masters.

- Campus infrastructure is soo good with greenery everywhere.
- Many events are conducted to show our skills.
Dislikes
- Attendance is more important than interestingly attending the classes.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is very good and the course registration for every semester is based on individual choice the timings and the faculty. But the drawback is during the time of registration as all the students do it at a time we don't find proper time to make our choices in the way we want.
Likes
- VIT vellore holds an excellent placement record with 80-90% students getting placed each year.
- VIT vellore has an vast infrastructure with campus size of about 372 acres.
Dislikes
- The university has some strict rules regarding outings and leave.
- VIT vellore is located in a rural area as compared. It could be inconvenient for students who prefer more urban locality.
Placement Experience:
VIT vellore offers high placement rate with many students recieving offers before they graduate. 904 companies visited the campus for placements which recruited 14345 no. of students. The average CTC was 9.23 LAKH per annum.Total no. off super dream offers [ above 10 Lakh] were4461 and dream offers were 3453. Mass recruiters like TCS, wipro and infosys do hire the students.

- vit ap campus offers numerous opportunities and allows students to learn a lot to advance their careers. one of the aspects i really like about my college is start up programs like V-Launch where students gain valuable experience.
- Students can also get admission through AP EMACET through merit and the fees are around 70k per year only
Dislikes
- i don't like one thing in my college is that there are no trees merely one or two large ones. campus looks greenery but with only small plants.
- the construction happens all the time and i don't like that sometimes it disturbs our classes too.
Placement Experience:
from 6th semester we are eligible for placements. the companies like google, amazon, Infosys, tata, corizo etc more than 900+ compnies visit our campus placements. the highest placement is 63LPA. the percentage of getting placed is around 80 to 85%. i will try for good placement if not i will go for higher studies.

- The education schedule system of selecting your own teachers, courses and time table
- The locality and atmosphere of the college is very good and it's nice to take a walk around in the evenings.
Dislikes
- The area is almost very hot during Summers, making it unbearable to go out.
Placement Experience:
Usually people apply for internships around 5th and 6th semester, I'm still in my 5th semester applying for internships. However my seniors have said that the college mail gets constant updates about internships.
Likes
- University Infrastructure is pleasant and good for studying
- There is a flexibility to opt faculty and slot as per our timings
Dislikes
- Our university is a tier 3 university, you see heavy crowd everywhere
- Hostel and mess fee is very high to afford for a middle class family
Placement Experience:
Placement training will be given from 3rd year(Coding) and Aptitude training will be given from 1st year itself. But because of heavy crowd and competition and average student cannot be placed. Several factors influence the placements like recession in industry etc.
Likes
- One of the standout aspects of VIT Chennai is its robust infrastructure. The campus is well equipped eith state of art facilities, including modern labs, library and classrooms.
- Have sport complexes for tennis, swimming, cricket, basketball etc.
Dislikes
- Too much competition during placements due to the strength.
- Whole throughout campus Wifi isnt available but only to certain places.
Placement Experience:
After 6th sem students are eligible for campus placements. There are many companies that come to the campus from TCS to Adobe. Highest was 75LPA and median is about 8LPA. Almost every student is placed 99.9% My plan is to go for placements.

- I didn't like one thing more intake of students while admissions

Placements are good in our college as I can say 80% are being placed in jobs from 6th sem the students are eligible for sitting in placements. Some of the companies that visited are Amazon, TC's,WIPRO,Infosys and etc average package of the college is 9,00,000

From btech 3rd year onwards ,internships will be started .companies like microsft,ibm ,wipro,barclays,dbs ...the main companies will take 2 or 3 members as interns.There will place at companies as full time if there performace is better.Highesh package is 50,00,000.
