Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is very good and the course registration for every semester is based on individual choice the timings and the faculty. But the drawback is during the time of registration as all the students do it at a time we don't find proper time to make our choices in the way we want.

Class Size : 75Course Fees : INR 70000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure varies depending on the type of addmission you are going through. If you are through AP EAPCET it is 70k and if it is through VITEEE, it varies according to your rank category ranging from 1.5L to 5L.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure is good but a bit harder to survive during Summer as there are no air conditioners in the classrooms. Sports and extracurricular activities are abundant. The library is designed within the floor of an academic block.

Admission :

The addmission process is three types in total. They are through AP EAPCET, VITEEE, and Intermediate Board percentages. The fee varies accordingly and through the entrance exam, it is too high and lower with EAPCET. The cut-off for CSE through EAPCET is below 5k for the general category.

Faculty :

The faculty are abundant and are very well educated and very experienced. They always support us in learning and building projects. Every faculty are alloted to some students who take care of them.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Placement Experience:

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. The Highest package is 9LPA. The percentage of college placement is 78 percent. I planned to make higher studies after my degree.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
